I walked in today and they killed a roach or a bug right in front of me near the food like touching the plates and stuff :( I like the people there they are friendly enough but that was gross :( He even said he promised it was nowhere near the food :(

The food is good but for the second time in a year the store had no forks. How can you run out of forks at a place like this? Who is in charge of inventory? Have they tried to eat a salad with a spoon? Perhaps you should try it and you will keep forks in stock.

This is 2nd time in two weeks they are out of lettuce. The management should look into it. This is not acceptable. I don't know whether they do it on purpose after 9 pm. SHAME CHIPOTLE.

I recently ordered from the Chipotle in Tucker, Georgia (via Uber Eats) and unfortunately had one of the most disturbing dining experiences I’ve ever had. While eating my meal, I discovered fingernails in my food. This was not only disgusting but also traumatizing, as they ended up in my mouth before I realized what they were.

I immediately lost trust in the quality and safety of Chipotle’s food. I reached out through their website and customer service, but the response so far has been slow and generic. While Uber Eats refunded me for just one item, I feel my entire order—and the distress caused—deserves acknowledgment and full compensation.

Food safety should always be a top priority, and I hope Chipotle takes this matter seriously and reviews their practices at this location. No customer should have to go through something like this.

I am very disappointed with my food at this location. I ordered 3 bowls spent over $50 and not one of the bowls had meat which I had to pay extra for and nothing. Then when I'm trying to contact the store my order is no longer showing up but I have 3 veggie bowls I didn't order. I'm very upset to have my food delivered and it's not what I paid for. I would recommend another location or go in person so you can watch them make your food.
