I am very disappointed with my food at this location. I ordered 3 bowls spent over $50 and not one of the bowls had meat which I had to pay extra for and nothing. Then when I'm trying to contact the store my order is no longer showing up but I have 3 veggie bowls I didn't order. I'm very upset to have my food delivered and it's not what I paid for. I would recommend another location or go in person so you can watch them make your food.

I was very disappointed with my recent visit. The place was unclean, with food scattered all over the counters, which is unacceptable for any food establishment. The staff seemed uninterested and gave off the impression that they were doing me a favor rather than providing proper service.
Additionally, serving hot food in tiny 4oz plastic cups feels inappropriate and raises concerns about food safety. It’s clear there are some serious issues with management and staff training here.

I was at this location at 2pm today. They were out of lettuce AND black beans. I left. Ordered nothing. Foul.

I have NEVER been in a Chipotle that was this dirty at the food counter and at the drink area. We were there on a Thursday evening after 8pm. The food area had food every where even close to check out. Guy sitting on the table on his cell phone where they cook the food. That area looked a mess as well. YES you are serving food from the area and food will spill and you clean it up at slow time. Some food look like it had been sitting there for a while and it was NOT busy at all We came in with one person checking out and one came in with us. Paper. Spillage and just stuff laying around the drink area. A first for me to see a Chipotle like this and I have Been where there were several people in front of me and behind and the restaurant and area were clean. The guy at the grill noticed my face after grabbing a big from the freezer and pouring it on the grill. A brunch of kids this day that weren't very attentive to the restaurant. This was my first time at this location.

I just wanted to share something that happened at your location on Friday, July 11 around 10:50 PM that really left me feeling uncomfortable and honestly kind of grossed out.
There’s a guy who’s usually working when I come in, and I’ve noticed several times that he’ll be cleaning like touching spray bottles or surfaces and then goes straight to handling food without changing his gloves. It’s happened more than once, but tonight was the worst it’s ever been.
He had just been using a sponge that was soaking in soap and water, and his gloves were dripping wet. Then, without changing them, he grabs a bowl and asks me what I want. I was so taken aback that I asked if he could please change his gloves, and instead of just doing it, he sighed loudly and rolled his eyes it was so unprofessional and honestly made me feel disrespected as a customer. I ended up walking out.
I’m not the type to complain or try to get anyone in trouble, but when it comes to food safety, it’s serious. I’ve seen this happen before with other customers, too. I really hope someone in management can check the camera footage from that night what happened is all there.
I don’t want anyone to lose their job, but if someone is putting customers at risk like this and it keeps happening, I do think it needs to be addressed. I’m genuinely shocked it happened so blatantly.

They lacked customer service and the food portions were very skimpy, but not for everyone. Because the person that was in front of me had a large portion and the person behind me had large portions, prepared by the same person. After leaving this restaurant I went to a different location and order The exact same thing. I was very pleased with my experience ( this was my usual place) But this location needs to be revamped, retained.

Terrible customer service. I rarely go to Chipotle but this is the one closest to me. When I got up to area to order my food, the guy that takes my order addresses me by saying “yes”? I heard him address another guy like this as well. It would’ve been more professional to say hi to me or ask me how I was doing, or what I would like to order. I think that is common sense. Also, the guy that rung me up was distracted because he was talking to another girl that worked there, and when he was handing me my food, he just dropped the bag in my hand because he wasn’t paying attention. I don’t know if it was because it was hot outside, but these people need to work on their customer service skills. If I am spending 20 dollars on food, I expect the customer service to be good. Also, I always get a coke when I order from here, and for some reason it wasn’t all that good today. And, I asked for extra sour cream and the guy but a huge glop of sour cream in my bowl. I didn’t ask for my bowl to be drowned in sour cream. The food really isn’t even that good. I don’t understand why Chipotle is so stingy with their portions. I shouldn’t have to pay for extra meat every time. The food is already expensive enough. I recommend going to another location or just not eating at chipotle at all. It has really gone down over the years. I started eating here in like 2013 and the quality of the food used to be much better. Anyways, I hope the manager will speak to their employees about their customer service skills.
