I've frequented this location many times because it's close to my home but last night I ordered a bowl and when I got home the rice was so hard I had to throw the whole bowl away. Was very disappointed and I've been calling the location and no one ever answers.

This had to be one of the WORST customer service experiences I've ever had. After going down the line to order my food I was met with a cashier who was practically clueless to what she was doing. She overcharged me for extra guacamole & required help from another worker. I then realized after leaving that she still charged me an extra 2 dollars. I tried calling the restaurant several times to rectify the situation but no one answered the phone. However, when I arrived back to the restaurant there were approx 5-6 workers standing available with no one in line so they had every opportunity to answer the phone. I tell them about the situation & the "manager" Yarisbeydi says we'll refund you for the chips that I didn't ask for in the first place. No apologies about the mix up. Then the cashier who made not one but two mistakes tells me to "throw the chips in the trash". I told her I would keep themespecially if they were going waste food like that. Then I proceed to walk out. The "manager" Yarisbeydi then yells across the restaurant we are going to recharge your card for the chips. They were pressed about 2 dollar chips just to prove a point. I then threw the chips away. However, in hindsight I should continued to walk out & let them dare to charge my card. Not only did they make 2 mistakes they also showed zero customer service skills. There was no courtesy offered & they made it appear to be my fault. Yarisbeydi has no business being a manager nor the cashier in working there. VERY POOR customer service skills. I highly advise everyone not to visit this location. JUST HORRIBLE!

Yesterday was my first and last time visiting this location and it's sad because it's the closest one to me and it's still a 30 minute drive. I ordered a veggie bowl and when I got to the register the manager was moving so fast that she mixed my order up with the man behind me.. she gave me his bag and he had mine.. then she stated that she charged me for his food because I SAID I had mine and his when she asked. I told her that I never said that and that I told her I had a veggie bowl and that if she slowed down and stopped being rude she would not be making mistakes. She kept talking over me telling me to insert my card for a refund which at that point I wanted to refund the whole order because of her energy but I had driven too far. Never once would she look at me nor did she apologize and when I asked her when would I get my refund she said she didn't know and continued helping the guy behind me. When I walked out the store the guy behind me even came out and said wow she was very rude to you for no reason and that he was going to report her as well... The food was good but good food is NOT WORTH POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE and MISTAKES with people's money..

I usually stop at this location on my way home. I stopped tonight and everything looked good per usual. I get home and the rice is severely undercooked. What a disappointment, whoever was on the rice station has to go. Literally ate crunchy rice!

Jackie (the manager) is a wonderful problem solver. She is extremely kind. Jackie is also a good leader and multitasker. She solved my problem, took care of other customers, and made my food seemlessly.

I would leave zero stars if I could.This location has a bunch of slow teenagers with no supervision.This location is always out of stock of everything during mid day at 4pm on purpose. NO RICE, NO BEANS, NO fajitas, No Streak, No Chicken, No Sour Cream this is a damn shame CHIPOTLE need to do something about this & get the right manger that cares because they are losing money and customers!!!

I watched her be unkind and unprofessional with other customers as well. We were trying to pick up our orders that's all...

My last and final visit was Tuesday, February 20, 2024. A frequent customer for several years, but observed a DRASTIC decline in overall service. Never any sautéed veggies, significant decrease in portions, significant increase in prices and over/undercooked rice. Either management just simply doesn't care or lacks good food service skills to properly train staff. Either way, I'm done. DO MUCH BETTER OR CLOSE YOUR DOORS.

I would give 5 stars for sure; but the staff at night ruined the experience. They were SO rude and arrogant.. it was 20 minutes before the store closed which I get it's end of shift but still. They were rude, arrogant, rushing me and every customer that walked in. a female worker was sitting down eating, and as soon as I walked in she shouted they were closed (which they were not) I proceeded to the line for my food anyway, but that is not how you represent a company. This review is not where it ends either =)

By far the rudest staff I’ve ever experienced. I completely understand if someone’s having a rough day but this was unacceptable their energy was so low & draining. Seems like the girls didn’t want to be there. I told the lady I wanted steak and she asked me if I wanted Carne Asada. I don’t know if because I’m Spanish. I assumed it was the same thing but she gave me the special one when I realized why the burrito was $17, I told her I was confused. Keep in mind the burrito already broke but they made a whole deal out of remaking it for me, she even goes. “Oh my gosh “ with an attitude. I’m not a difficult person, but wow were they super rude about something so fixable. I apologize and told them it wasn’t her fault but they ignored me. I asked if there was any napkins & another girl sarcastically tells me, “ if theres none over there theres none at all”
