Nice employees, but when I asked for a cup of water, I was told they don’t serve water. I’ll never go back.

Very clean location , with three lovely young ladies working with smiles, and were very patient with our kids , made a nice memory visit with excellent taste , my favorite is the founders favorite

After a nice lunch, and with limited time, my husband and I wandered into Coldstone for dessert. I knew it was there, we just hadn't had opportunity to visit since it opened. I have personally not been to a Coldstone in ten years because, until this one, they're not exactly close to where I live.

As a national chain, the concept is fun. They scoop ice cream out onto a frozen slab, throw some toppings on for the combo selected, and essentially knead and chop it together with scrapers, then plop it into your container of choice.

My husband and I saw a Cinna-Roll flavor being advertised on the window - and who doesn't love cinnamon roll flavored things? So we both got our own Cinna-roll Bliss in a waffle bowl.

I didn't NEED it. But it was so worth it!

Not at all same as the other branch. I tried chocolate devotion, it was completely different from what I use to have. Not at all satisfied.

Ordered online and was refused full order upon pick up! The owner wasn’t there neither was the manager and the girl said the owner said not to give full order as there’s a glitch in the system.

Absolutely LOVE this place! The staff is always so sweet, patient, and helpful. The store is always so neat and inviting. And don’t get me started on my ice cream addiction — I’m here every other day lol. So happy they’re close by!

Every time I come here, I try to buy a gift card to give to the person in line behind me. They can never (without exception) figure out how to sell me a gift card. So far, it amounts to $40 that I would have spent at the store if they could figure out how to sell a gift card. I even pointed that out to them tonight, but they seemed to not care. Surely somebody cares that they are leaving $40 on the table?

Not recommended for anyone with celiac or food allergies. Despite having a notice on the menu board to let the server know about food allergies, staff didn't know what flavors contain gluten. There was no indication on the menu or other written information available. One of the servers called the manager to ask and were told that the only GF options were sorbet and almond milk ice cream. We're pretty sure they were confusing dairy-free and GF, but we didn't want dairy free ice cream and didn't feel comfortable ordering anything else.

Really disappointed. Staff seems untrained about allergy orders and doesn't know the ingredients of the ice creams. We were told only the sorbet & dairy-free ice creams are gluten free, which doesn't match their website - but we also felt like we couldn't take the risk.Instead of celebrating our child's concert, we left disappointed and without ice cream.

Dietary restrictions: The staff are not trained on dietary restrictions and don't have access to an ingredient list for their ice creams.
