After a nice lunch, and with limited time, my husband and I wandered into Coldstone for dessert. I knew it was there, we just hadn't had opportunity to visit since it opened. I have personally not been to a Coldstone in ten years because, until this one, they're not exactly close to where I live.

As a national chain, the concept is fun. They scoop ice cream out onto a frozen slab, throw some toppings on for the combo selected, and essentially knead...
