Just went through the drive thru- with my family and the Hispanic guy with the green hair that’s kind of chubby was bullying and harassing the African-American little guy working the drive-through today. Sunday January 18, 2026- The Hispanic guy literally was so unprofessional and literally was walking up in the African-American face- that I had to ask the African-American little guy to call the police on him. I am proud of the young man working the drive thru- he held his composure and state professional, but I can see him his eyes. He was very disturbed and upset..

2nd time I order extra fries and they dont put it in my bag.

I recently enjoyed a double cheeseburger topped with fresh lettuce, tomatoes, and onions, and I found it quite tasty. The fries were served hot and added a nice touch to the meal. Additionally, I had a medium turtle pecan cluster blizzard, which was well-blended and delightful. Overall, I would recommend this place for lunch or dinner, as it offers enjoyable food.

I was really disappointed with my recent visit. I ordered a Reese’s Blizzard and found a black hair mixed into it. It completely ruined my appetite and made me question the cleanliness and food safety standards at this location. For a place that’s supposed to be a treat, this was a very unpleasant and unsanitary experience. Definitely not what I expected from Dairy Queen.

Man tried to tell me the ice cream he sold me was dairy free, when I told him I was allergic and had eaten the ice cream, he said he was sorry and offered a refund. No offer of anything else, simply im sorry. If youre lactose intolerant... you know what follows eating dairy.

I stopped by for an early lunch and received excellent service, fresh hot food, and a lovely experience at this Dairy Queen.
I don't usually expect too much from fast food establishments but the gentlemen in this DQ were so lovely. The place was spotless, they were very attentive and helpful and even suggested if I was eating in the dining room I could tell them when I was done and they'd make my ice cream sundae then, so it didn't melt.
While I was there a group of special needs adults and later a homeless man came in, and all were treated with the exact same respect and attentiveness I was.
I'm very impressed with this location and will definitely be visiting more.

I stopped in to try the new Carmel Craze blizzard and they charged me $6.04 for a small blizzard! I thought it was an error so I called the store and was told that is the price of a small blizzard. I said that is not what the Dairy Queen website shows and he said that each location sets its own prices. Will not be coming to this location again.

The Superman cake batter cookie dough blizzard was delicious

Service was fine. I the same 3pc. Chicken strip deal at 3 other locations near me in Duluth area and this one has the smallest frys and Sunday by far!

They keep saying they can’t accept my Dairy Queen gift card because “the machine is down.” I’ve been trying to use my gift card here for so long but they won’t accept it.

The person who took our order was super attentive and helpful. Took our order quickly and food came out super quick too. Blizzards were yummy and they did the cool flip trick. Our food came out, fresh and hot - it’s burning my legs right now lol

My order was fine. I was having car trouble, so I had to run to the store to grab a part. I went in to ask to speak to a manager. I even told him that I was not upset at anyone and that i just wanted to ask them a question. The young man at the counter disappears for a moment off to the side (speaking to the manager whom I just saw moments before). He comes back and tells me that the manager is not there. Really? There's no manager yet there are minors working? Interesting. I bet there are officials wanting to know.

I just wanted to make sure that it was okay to leave my car for a moment so it wouldn't be towed. Hopefully, there isn't a day that something similar happens to you.
