No online/mobile ordering. This location doesn't participate in most discounts provided be other independently owned Dairy Queen franchises. They even altered the meal deal to discourage buyers; resulting in the buyers having to buy full price items. Unethical business practices are exercised daily at this location!
My response to the response from the Corporate fan relations team is:
I already knew participation in every promotion is determined by the owner. That is an idiotic response to my review. My point is this location uses unethical and money hungry tactics to make customers spend more money! Corporate fan relations team should hire more knowledgeable individuals and/or stop it with the off topic artificial intelligence responses. Thank you.

Dairy Queen is EXPENSIVE now! My husband and I paid almost $10 for two MINI Blizzards. Definitely not worth the price. The drive through was very slow but the Blizzards did taste good. Not a place I recommend.

Very disappointed customer. We visit DQ a lot. I stopped buy to get my grand daughter a small cup of ice cream and it was $3.99. I was charged the same price as a small sundae. It’s not stated that way on the menu inside or outside. I might as well took her during lunch time to get her a meal with a free sundae.

Came to get some blizzards. The guy who was working at the driver thru window on 5/17 around 9:30pm he had glasses and curly hair I think, he’s so awesome. Greeted us so nicely, flipped the blizzards with a smile. Customer Service 100000/10. Go nice guy!

My wife and I own an RV and travel throughout the country. We also have an eleven year old golden retriever that travels with us and loves "DQ pup cups". I can clearly say he has been a true fan and DQs best ambassador. Tonight for the first time he was denied a free pup cup. This now changes everything. Since we can no longer depend on this treat, DQ will no longer be an exclusive stop when traveling with our dog. This now opens many new choices to my wife and I. This promotion for us and our dog went from a hero to a zero. DQ'S throughout the country will now lose our business.

This Place is HORIBBLE !!! I wanted a $6 Buck Lunch and asked the girl at the window if i cloud replace the sundae for a hot fudge cookie for $3.99 and that i didn’t mind paying the difference she got rude and told me that i couldn’t I told her i got it before and she got a attitude i will never visit this location again whoever the young lady was worked there on 6/22/18 around 11:40AM SHE HAS HORRIBE CUSTOMER SERVICE
