Definitely not the best. Fryer oil must be oil as all the hash browns were dark, and mushy. Food was lukewarm and did not taste the best however was friendly.

Absolutely one of the worst Dunkin’ Donuts!!! Every time I go here they have bad customer service and they don’t make my order correctly. I started going to another one farther away but they’re currently under construction! Sadly today my experience was the same as in the past. I mean how hard is it to make bacon egg and cheese on a lightly toasted bagel. I went in twice and they after leaving the drive thru smh, if you love Dunkin…… get your good food at another location!!!

I went there once last week to get something for breakfast, there customer service was the best in this location. I had a good experience from them specially a girl was working there in the customer service department she was so kind and helpful I really appreciated her service I forgot to ask her name but I will next time, not only she was good I appreciate all their personal behave.
I don't know what's the problem is with this location, but it all falls back to poor management. I placed a mobile order that advised me that the curbside option wasn't available, so I picked "walk in." I ordered and waited 15 minutes, walked to the door, and it's locked with a sign that says drive through only. The parking lot is a mess so o then waited 10 minutes to join the drive through line. I get to the order screen and say I have a mobile order and she asked me what kind of donuts because she cant see the full order...I say cancel it, she says "I cant you have to do it in the app" . They placed all the donuts in 1 bag,no parchment paper in between, they are a mess now. Horrible service. What a shame. My seasonal latte tastes like milk with sugar, no coffee taste..ugh.I will just skip breakfast today.

While open for drive-in, interior is totally closed for very extensive remodeling. Two stars given for very polite employees struggling with the disruption and surprised visitor expectations.
Personally, I know the hash brown scramble are instant. However, when receiving the food it was cold. Drove back to the drive thru to ask for a reheat, just for the worker to complain saying it’s supposed to be cold!!

I use to love coming to this location to get a milkshake. There is one guy there who consistently makes the worst milkshakes. They are probably 75% milk. I have said something to him a few times and he is always very defensive. I went for the first time in over a year the other day and sure enough the same guy was working and the milkshake was horrible.

I came to get my usual cold brew. I had to keep repeating myself then when I got my order it was wrong. So I decided to turn around because I needed it changed from regular sugar to liquid sugar. They still charged me 20 cents even though they got my order wrong!!
