Service is horrible. They charged me $0.54 for a cup of water! I would understand if I came in and only ordered a water. But the fact that I purchased a meal online and left a tip and then they going to charge for a small cute of water. That’s not good service. Do better! Won’t go back to this location.

Love this location and the people here! They are so nice, genuine, and attentive. I order here several times throughout the week and enjoy every minute of it. I love their hours. They open up at 5am. Love their meal deals! I can say out of Starbucks, this is one of the only places that make my coffee perfect without me having to add anything extra to it. Love that!

Everytime I go there to order they never toast my bread but always ask me do I want bacon. I’m confused give me what I pay for and stop offering me items I’m not interested in.

To the Old lady at the register gotta get better customer service. Took me 10 min to get my coffee and when I asked for condiments for my sandwich was spoken to very condescendingly as if I was supposed to know where they were. I don’t work here, you do. And I see why. The young man was very respectful but this particular lady really rubbed me wrong.

We were traveling and stopped at this Dunkin’ Donuts location. Before placing our order, we asked if we could use the restroom, but were told we had to make a purchase first. This was very upsetting, especially because my kids urgently needed to use the restroom and couldn’t wait. Forcing customers to buy something just to use basic facilities felt extremely rude and inconsiderate, especially for a family with young children. Very disappointing customer service.
