I do not know why this place is still open!
It’s dirty And the food was not good at all, and I would say no one from corporate cares, or they will be reading these reviews and fixing the issues Ordered some sandwiches for the guys and what we got with a bag full of disappointment!

One had next to no meat I guess that’s their way you’re trying to save money. The other one had meatballs that were burnt that could not even been eaten.
I would Say stay away from this location, but after seeing other reviews from other firehouse subs
You should just stay away from all of them Will never go back!!!

Extremely slow service! Do not come here on your lunch break. At least they are welcoming but my Lord.

Update: After getting my sandwich, just do not go to this location. Not fresh and didn’t not taste good at all.

Wonderful time here at this location. Staff were nice, friendly , inviting and very helpful. Food was superior best firehouse steak and cheese sub I ever had. Would be returning soon ! Thank you to the staff and the community at Firehouse !!

Went today (8/6/25) and there was a note on the door the location is closed for maintenance. Wish I would have known before driving over.

On 8/2 this location appears to be closed or down for maintenance. Dont order from here unless you confirm there open. It took 3 users ears drivers before one of them actually called to tell me the bad news. This suck cause after a long day all I wanted was to relax and enjoy a good sub. Fire house need to communicate with the partners when they will be down for maintenance instead of wasting everyone time

My entire order was messed up and they would not give me a refund.

From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with smiles and upbeat personalities. The Philly cheese sandwich was fresh from the bread to the meat. MacKenzie, the manager, also greeted me. I will definitely be back. Thank you for a wonderful experience.
