Firehouse deleted my review from last Tuesday (November 11th), so here it goes again.

This was my first time in Firehouse subs and I was disappointed. I specifically asked for no onions and no tomatoes on both of my subs, but instead I got extra tomatoes and onions. How can anyone mess up on an order when it’s printed right there on the ticket? Also, firehouse instead of you deleting my honest review, address the issue with the customer. It’s very upsetting to know y’all are out here deleting reviews instead of making it right with your patrons.

This Firehouse makes the best sandwiches they actually look just like the pictures and a very friendly staff the owners one of the coolest people I've ever met mr. Nick Patel and the staff is very friendly and very helpful the great dining experience

Don't order from the app at this location. Or go to this location at all! The staff is very rude. They also prioritize in-store orders over app orders. I ordered at 8:02pm for a pick up at 8:15. I get there at 8:20 and wait 5 minutes before being told it will be another 10 minutes. I did not receive my order until 8:45. When I asked why it took so long the guy behind the counter rudely says we're busy. What is the point of having an app where you can schedule a time to pickup food if you still have to wait as long or longer than if you order in-store?

Kinda sad about the response I received from this place when I asked about gluten free options. The staff member laughed and said “unfortunately”. They spent the entire time being annoyed about it and whispering among themselves and honestly making me feel terrible for even wanting to eat here. I’ve never had a bad experience at Firehouse Subs. It’s not fun for us either!! And we are kind to call it “allergies” which it isn’t - it’s an AUTOIMMUNE DISEASE to have celiacs.

Hi,

On 11/03/2024, my friend ordered the National Sandwich Day offer of spend a $10 amount and receive a Medium Sub Sandwich Free. Even though it was late (9:00 pm), the manager prepared both sandwiches excellently. We visited 2 times last and had excellent experiences both times. Thank you!

Was a customer earlier today and one of the older workers there, Harrison, started yelling at one of the other employees and put his hands on her, started snatching things out of her hands, blocking her, etc. the cops had to be called over the incident and the poor girl just got fired over it.

Insane! I order a lot of firehouse subs and will not be ordering them from this place again.

I just came from Firehouse Subs and I got 2 medium hooks and ladder subs. I asked for NO ONIONS AND NO TOMATOES on both subs, but instead I got extra onions and tomatoes on BOTH subs with less deli meat on both of the subs. This is my first time having their subs and it’ll be my last. The meat looks like it was shredded in to itty bitty pieces and slapped on bread.

The store owner told it's employees to short the TMobile Tuesday deal sandwiches, not making it a true BOGO. The sandwich had one slice of ham and turkey each lol. This is a scam. Don't go to this location.

I waited over 10 minutes for my sandwich only to open up my box and see my sandwich was completely wrong. I brought the food back and notified the staff, only again to take another loss AS AN UNVALUED CUSTOMER for them to tell me it would be an additional 10 minutes or more to make a new one. The manager refunded me my money without an apology or a solution. I will not be patronizing this business ever again, also trying to save another customer from this headache. This is why they have a star rating of 3.7. The one near Stonecrest has excellent Customer Service and the food I have ordered always comes out right.

Been here many times. Almost always order on app. Never any issues with accuracy or taste of food. Prompt and timely always. All employees courteous. Great rewards program, make sure you sign up for email notifications for their BOGO specials
