Came here today and was 2nd in line. Cashier seemed like she had just awaken from bed. Very low energy. Placed my order and tried to pay with Five Guys gift card only to be told that they don't accept the gift cards. What??? Should have just went to my usual Five guys in conyers!

Very friendly. Food was excellent. It doesn't try to be something it's not. I love the Coke freestyle because it's the only way I have seen Sprite zero. It is fun to see the origin of the potatoes for their excellent fries.

I like five guys. I've been to many across the country. I was not pleased to receive my veggie sandwich that felt like an afterthought. The cheese wasn't melted, and the veggies were still slightly cold.
I get that they were busy, but I guarantee the burgers were coming out piping hot. I just want to ask that we all get the same experience.

It will never cease to amaze me the lack of good customer service received in Atlanta. waited 10 min for my food, there was an error on the order, no apology, no nothing. Had to wait another 5 min for more fries. Just crazy what people think is okay and acceptable customer service when it is far from it. Did not take my health condition seriously and gave no apology about the mess up, and took the messed up food back. Then watch an employee eat a fry of the messed up food I handed back to him. So wild. Manager staring at me the whole time. LEARN SOME MANNERS AND GOOD SERVICE!!!!! When you mess up, apologize. It’s really not that hard. Everything is so confrontational and negative at most afordable restaurants, the customer is never right. AND ITS AN 18 $ meal and you guys ask for tip lol

Food is what is always expected, good. Service is what is always expected, serviceable, it's fast casual employees who aren't paid enough to actually really care but they put in enough effort. Now the ambiance in this store the past 2 times I have been in here is bad (I frequent about once every two weeks). The music has been so loud everyone is shouting at each other, so I downloaded a decibel meter (I know it's not perfect but it's good at getting a general idea) and the place was registering a 88 db's. That's loud. The music choice was fine but if the employees need to shout to communicate and I can't eat my lunch inside without constantly thinking "its uncomfortably loud, can they turn this down just a bit" there is an issue. I think the regular manager at this store changed recently and it's just not as good all around as it was 6 months ago. I hope they turn it back around.
