I’ve been a loyal customer at the Five Guys on Lavista Road since it opened, and I’ve always appreciated their generous portions, especially the fries. However, this time I was really disappointed. I don’t know if the cashier was having a bad day but she was being completely rude and got my order wrong. When I told her about it she rolled her eyes at me and couldn’t accept that she was wrong. She seemed about 5’10 and could definitely use more training. I felt disrespected and it didn’t live up to what I’ve come to expect from Five Guys. Unfortunately, after this experience, I won’t be returning to this location!

Late in the evening Give Guys came thru!! I had the patty melt. The patty melt was very satisfying. All the workers were diligent in their duties. Very good.

I’ve been to great Five Guys across the country and this isn’t one of them. When I visited this location last night, one of the burgers was incorrect (charged for little bacon cheeseburger that was missing the bacon and grilled mushrooms) and ordered a large fry that was only filled 1/2 full with a few in the bag that wouldnt fill it up. As the large fry is over $5 this was pretty disappointing to realize once I got home. Also waited about 15 minutes despite there being no line.

The staff here are spectacular and so friendly. I wanna shoutout Suzanne specifically. She’s the best and I always look forward to go see her every week because she and her whole staff really make the whole place glow up.

It was my first time eating there. A little pricey but the food was delicious so it was worth it

Way to expensive and it's not worth it.

Nothing like a good burger with vegetarian options. I've always loved their fries and peanuts, the best.

Vegetarian options: We need more veggie options.

Skimped on $6 fries….not even full cup and no overflow???? I thought it was a one time thing last time but got skimped again today. Burger was good tho and enjoyed that but y’all be skimping on fries. The employees come to y’all from chipotle or something? Other locations fill your cup and overflow more fries in the bag. Bag didn’t even have any grease on it!!!!!

I made the mistake last night of going to Five Guys to grab food for my family. I ordered three plain bacon cheeseburgers and two orders of fries. I asked the young man taking my order to confirm he heard me when I said "plain." He said he did. I then waited an extraordinarily long time for the food, sitting with a bunch of irritated fellow customers wondering why everything was taking so long. I should have asked for a refund and left but had already waited so long, I didn't. A woman called my number and handed me a bag. "Three plain bacon cheeseburgers and two fries, correct?" I asked. She said yes. I looked at the bag, confirming my ticket stapled to it confirmed the same. I saw two fries and three burgers. I got home and found -- zero bacon cheeseburgers. Instead, I found three nasty burgers with different combinations of stuff on them -- all of which me and my family hate. I was too tired to drive all the way back to the store and sit there for another 30 minutes waiting on a replacement, so I had no choice but to throw the burgers away. There was no way to get all the nasty mushrooms, sauces, and other stomach-turners off the meat. So I paid $60 for horrible service and food that went to the garbage. Thanks for nothing, Five Guys.
