Terrific location. Very clean insides, A+ on their health score, hard working and happy employees that are customer centered. Food was exactly as expected, and prepared perfectly. Your Sunday crew deserves to be recognized by corporate.

Something is wrong with the ordering website and needs to be fixed. When you go to this location’s website to order it routes the order to another location. Even after ensuring you ordered at this address and seeing this address, the order ends up at another location.
The dining room was very clean. The staff were friendly and easy to order. Food was delicious. Great experience.

The customer service here is definitely competing with the chick fil a next door. Such lovely staff that made my night 😊
The restaurant was kept clean and there's plenty of space inside to go with friends (I only have like 3 but you may be loved by more)
And the food. Well... you guys already know you engulf five guys burgers so fast that you forget you had it and start eyeing other people's food.

Serena, a manager at this location is top notch! When there was a discrepancy on how my order was rang up, I was annoyed and had displayed sassiness in my tone. I wasn’t being loud, or cursing, but I had a demeanor that wasn’t representative of Jesus. However, Serena handled me in such a cool, collective, and professional manner that as I sat down to eat my meal, I was convicted. She heard my issue, gave me what I wanted, and maintained her professionalism the entire time. So after I ate, I went back up to the counter. She was probably saying here comes this Karen again…lol! I called her over, apologized and let her know how well she handled me, because I know I was being “that customer.” Then, get this…she gave “me” a gift card!!! I’m like what?!?! Serena, remember, I’m the one who was not the nicest person earlier. I hope her boss recognizes the gem they have in Serena. There is no doubt in my mind that Serena will be blessed beyond measure simply because of the way that she deals with people. She definitely walks the old saying, “kill ‘em with kindness.” Thank you, Serena.

Workers are rude and have attitudes even the manager. If you ask for your order to be corrected, instead of them apologizing and making it right, they immediately start giving excuses and being rude. Sad because we love Five Guys. This is unacceptable and they need to find people who have customer service and respect.
Good spot with a solid menu, just like any other Five Guys. The customer service was good maybe a little slow because of the number of orders but since I went on a Sunday, I didn’t mind waiting for my food. The place was clean, and the food had amazing flavor. My favorite thing on the menu has to be the Cajun fries!

I had a very rude experience at this location. The woman working the counter rolled her eyes, stood with her hands on her hips, and tossed me an incorrect order. While the General Manager, Serena Young, later emailed me to apologize and offered to make it right with a free meal, the follow-through never happened. I replied to her email and even called the store, but was told only she could handle it. Unfortunately, she never responded again.
Customer service should be about consistency and keeping your word. Instead, I was left feeling ignored and dismissed. If you value good service and accountability, I would not recommend this location.

I’ve been a loyal customer at the Five Guys on Lavista Road since it opened, and I’ve always appreciated their generous portions, especially the fries. However, this time I was really disappointed. I don’t know if the cashier was having a bad day but she was being completely rude and got my order wrong. When I told her about it she rolled her eyes at me and couldn’t accept that she was wrong. She seemed about 5’10 and could definitely use more training. I felt disrespected and it didn’t live up to what I’ve come to expect from Five Guys. Unfortunately, after this experience, I won’t be returning to this location!
