I was born and raised in Auburn, Me. many years ago and we always bought Country Kitchen bread. I moved away over 40 years ago and for the first time in many years I bought two packages of their frankfurt rolls. They were the worst we have ever had, dry, crumbly, tasteless. They always were great, the best. I guess it must be because they were sold to Flowers in 2012. We ended up throwing both packages away. Too bad, at one time they had a great product.Bruce Walker

Soon after getting engaged, I found a beautiful wedding dress and the perfect venue. After that, it seemed like the details of the wedding started to multiply. The venue strongly recommended I get a wedding planner, if only for the day of the wedding. I did not pursue this at first since I figured that I had everything under control. I'm fairly type A, very organized but having to balance work, relationship, and wedding planning was challenging. After a few months on my own, I realized that I could plan and select vendors but I really did not want to have to worry about this multitude of people and activities during my wedding. The venue had a short list of recommendations, and Michelle was one of them. I liked her from our first meeting. She seemed experienced in wedding planning, asked many questions and took notes. I discovered that even though I only needed her for the day of the wedding, she would be contacting the other vendors (DJ, flowers, caterers, bakery, bar, security, valet). She reviewed every contract that I had to be sure that the vendor was holding to the terms of the contract. Michelle was always quick to respond to an email or phone call. She arranged several meetings with me and the vendors at the venue to go over plans, had coffee with the photographer just before the wedding to be sure that we were all on the same page. It turns out that she had worked with most all of the vendors I had chosen. She had a friendly relationship with them, further increasing my confidence in her. At the rehearsal, Michelle made sure that we felt comfortable with the flow of the ceremony. On the day of the wedding, I truly could enjoy the ceremony and reception. She made sure everything ran smoothly, having created a timeline ahead of time for us and all of the vendors. Every aspect of the wedding was so blissfully perfect. And best of all, I never worried for a minute about any details. The entire ceremony and reception were choreographed in such a way that my husband and I were free to dine privately with each other just before the reception, greet and mingle with all of our guests, dance, and pinch each other to be sure that this was all real. The guests had a wonderful time too. Michelle strongly recommended that we have sparklers for our departure at the end of our evening wedding. I didn't think this was necessary, but by this point had learned that Michelle truly knew best. And boy did she - the departure pictures were beautiful and all the guests got to participate in holding up the sparklers as we walked away. After the wedding, Michelle even drove to the other side Atlanta to return the cupcake stands. My husband and I were so happy to be able to simply go on our honeymoon and not have this last detail to worry about. Please don't hesitate to consider hiring Michelle as your wedding planner. Initially, I thought that it was an extravagance. But now I realize that her presence enabled my husband and I to have the wedding that I had dreamed of.

I worked with My Dreamz Eventz for the planning of my 50th Birthday Celebration. The event was everything I had hoped for and more. They were responsive to my needs, and sourced the vendors that provided the elements needed to bring my vision to fruition. From the planning to the execution of the event, they maintained a high level of professionalism, were consistent in communicating what was going on throughout the process, and served as the liaison with the venue, caterer, decorator and other vendors contracted for this event. All of the vendors they brought on board were very professional, and gave me a great big bang for my buck! I loved working with My Dreamz Eventz, specifically its principal Michelle Harrison. She is the consummate professional, listens to her clients, and is transparent and ethical in the way she works with you. All I had to do was show up and enjoy my special day with family and friends. I will most definitely be utilizing their services for my future event needs. Rhonda C. Hight
