Extremely disappointed in this Gustos Tucker location. I ordered BBQ sweet potato chips and I received the plain sweet potato chips. The receipt had BBQ chips. The bag was stapled and delivered through Uber eats. I called, talked to Sandy. After putting me on hold three times, each time she wanted me to know that her manager told her they can only give me a bag of BBQ chips because they are complimentary, and I could pick them up. I explained that now my meal is ruin because I don't want to eat a bag of sweet potato chips by itself. IT WAS YOUR MISTAKE! Gustos should have offered me something to eat my BBQ chips with. I mentioned that I wouldn't normally eat the chips by itself. I just ate the same meal the day before, and couldn't wait to eat it again. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED.A LOYAL CUSTOMER!

The customer service of this location is highly egregious. On Friday, April 5th, I ordered 3 entrees for my family. The protein for my bowl was spicy grilled chicken. When I took the food home, I noticed that the protein was tofu. I went back to the establishment and requested for the correct protein. The manager handed me my food and I asked her if the protein was spicy grilled chicken, of which she replied yes. When I went home, the protein was tofu again. I went back again for the 2nd time and asked why the protein was incorrect. I was informed that I requested tofu, of which I clearly said that there was no way I did because the label on the original packaged item even said spicy grilled chicken. The manager did not apologize for the inconvenience at all and simply walked away after I received the right protein. I would advise anyone to stay away from eating at this location due to the abhorrent customer service displayed.

Have you been to Gusto? Go now! The food is fresh, filling and delicious.service is fast and friendly. Love the 1/2 rice 1/2 salad options. Mango limeade is life. Upgrade to add baby Bella's, it's a good thing. Feel good about your lunch!

Customer Service is great! I was greeted by Adrien he took my order great customer service Adrien and my food was really good!! The Atmosphere very calm and relaxing. Very clean restaurant!
Used to enjoy eating here until they changed their portion sizes. Now, it feels like a rip-off. First time it happened, I thought it was a one-time experience. Went back again yesterday and recieved the same small portion size( pretty much all brown rice). Not worth the money, in my opinion.

I like the food, but every time I pickup an order it's not ready until about 20 minutes after the pickup time. Seems like there are about 3 or 4 'managers' or 'supervisors' in the kitchen and maybe 2-3 people who are actually working. It's probably not also a great idea to make a bunch of complex samples while behind on actual food orders; I definitely wasn't the only one waiting a long time.
