We ate everything before we thought about taking pictures. This place is amazing! If you are new to Indonesian or Malaysian food, don't worry! They will give you a full world tour as our lovely host called it and explain the menu to you. Everything was delicious. We will be back again and again. Please support these lovely people!

I’ve never tried Indonesian food and wanted to try something new, so I gave this a try. Very pleasantly surprised!! The restaurant was cozy and service was very friendly. I really enjoyed the Ayam Bakar and Soto Batawi (soup with beef).
I also loved their selection of Indonesian snacks near the front. 10/10!
(Side note: Be sure to enter off of Northlake Parkway going northbound and not Lawrenceville Highway.)
Parking: The restaurant is in a plaza off of Northlake Parkway going north. There’s plenty of parking!

Was here last week, and won't be the last. With variety of Malaysia and Indonesia foods, I highly recommend this place for those cravings for their foods. Both co-owners originally from Indonesia and Malaysia, so you can expect the originality of the foods served. Purely authentic and they love what they do!
Thank you so much for the kindness, and see you guys again.
Add. note: I had mee goreng mamak, roti canai, and nasi bungkus
(Indonesian nasi bungkus was their special menu of that day), and all of them were so tasty.

I woke up craving Indonesian. I googled and found one near Tucker. The shop was a little hard to find. It’s in an office building that rented out to food truck prep kitchens. Drive past the food truck, pass another closed gate, and another entrance turn right and it’s at the end of the parking lot. It’s a little mom and pop shop. The husband is Malaysian and wife is Indonesian. They also have a food truck but been at this location for a year now and looking to expand. It’s a little shop and cozy.
Husband was very helpful and friendly and he explaining the menu. I got the siomay bandung (one of the softest tofu stuff with fish cake with cabbage and dumplings made with wonton skin stuffed with minced fish in some kind of dough; comes with savory peanut sauce, sweet soy sauce, lime, and egg), ayam bakar kecap (good wok charred - soft, chewy, savory noodles with bean sprouts, carrots, sweet soy sauce, eggs, fish cakes, Chinese broccoli, onion, chicken, and cabbage) martabak telur (savory pancake made with eggs, spiced beef, onions, and green onions).
Everything was delicious. The husband also recommended a jasmine tea. Hint of sweetness. Reminds me of the Chinese chrysanthemum tea juice box. I’ll be returning to try the other items.

Came with a family of 5 and we enjoyed everything we ordered. Beef and rice was top notch, as well as the fried rice and fried noodles. Owner was so sweet and patient with our rambunctious three year old. He even set up a folding table outside to accommodate my toddler who wanted to run outside. The spices and flavors were delish! I wish we lived nearby to enjoy it more often.

The fish is incredible get the yellow rice instead of white and boom. That thing hit even better but it's still good with white rice. Can't remember the name of the fish but it starts with a P.

Wife and I drove two hours from Chattanooga just to eat here and it was very worth it. The rendang and soto betawi were authentic and very well done with rich flavors, and the rice was cooked perfectly. We did think everything could have been spicier. Saus is provided on the tables but we wish that there was more sambal with the actual meal. We will definitely plan a return trip soon.
Go Pack go!

I can’t wait to go back to this place again! As their name it their place as ibu’s kitchen, it is taste just like my mom professionally cooking. I’ve been craving complete nasi Padang for long time, so I ordered nasi Padang and it taste amazingly good. I ordered take away food from them and the portion I could eat them at home for 2-3times till finished by my self lol. we also ordered some other food and they all so tasty and very close to the authentic flavor. As my husband couldn’t bear the hot spicy taste we requested not spicy at all , I thought me as Indonesian will find the flavor would be bland if not spicy to Indonesian foods spicy is a thing, but I was wrong the fried rice and fried noodles without spicy still amazingly good, my husband and my daughter alhamdulillaah had enjoyed food and the experience. And the price is also really good n worth to go from long distance town like us that we came from Alabama while we also enjoying other things from Atlanta .
