This location is HORRIBLE! The cook is literally on the phone while making my food. After they took my Togo order they just walked off. I’m standing at register confused cause they didn’t give me a receipt tell me how long the wait will be…….

this ihop just had really weird vibes on a saturday night lmao. it was only 6:30 but the worker who greeted us and the cook both seemed confused to see customers ? maybe daytime is a little different but idk we just left and went to waffle house next door and it smacked

The staff needs more training in cleanliness. Floors were dirty along with the bathrooms. We didn’t eat we walked out when we saw how unclean it was on the inside. Will not return to this location.

Heyy i just was there at 6pm. today and i really in joy my food it was good my sever Tavon was doing a great job my food came out on time and he made sure kept checking on us was a really nice

First time at this location and it can definitely could use an overhaul. The layout is peculiar. The wait area is small and cramped making an awkward walk up to the hostess station. The hostess and older lady, was nice but was a bit confused. She kept trying to seat us with another couple that walked in around the same time as us. We weren't together. We were seated to the far right of the restaurant right outside of the restroom, which had a continuous line. To get to our seats you have to walk between the checkout counter and barista line. Literally almost bumping into employees . Again this is the oddest layout I've ever seen. It appeared the kitchen was also near our seats as workers kept walking by with dirty dishes. The waitress was prompt at taking our orders however the food was definitely not up to par. I always get the strawberries and cream crepes and this was the first time they've ever tasted sour. It was also very light on the cream.

Disgusting. The food isn't ready when it's supposed to be. They only have options for curbside, delivery, and dine in. You choose curb side, select you're on the way, select you've arrived, wait all day... call the number. The number is out of service the majority of the time. Then you keep calling and they say they're not doing curbside when that's the option and there are signs and a dedicated pickup area. The old lady with glasses is rude and the other servers were projectile coughing without covering their mouths. They don't have an option to choose your meat and they give you whatever. This place is disgusting.
