Jersey Mike's Subs

Last night I got a bread sandwich. There was some meat and cheese on the bread, but there was so little of it, and it was sliced so thin, it was more like a condiment rather than the star of the show. Not like what I've gotten from other visits to Jersey Mikes. While the two female employees were making sandwiches, the male behind the counter was busy on his phone.

Ordered Online at 2:40PM - online said it would be ready at 3:05... I got there late at 3:20 and the 2 employees were at a table socializing with a friend having a good ole time - like I was interrupting them.

I said I ordered online and the manager got wide eyed - went behind the counter and could see orders placed they didn't know about. No apologies, etc. Took their time making the order...

And while I was there, a guy from a next door business walked in the door with an empty cup and helped himself to a free soda - with their approval... Whoever the owner is - you getting robbed Yo! Man, I had even tipped them online, SMH.

The worst with mobile orders waiting for 30 minutes for a mobile order because the grill is backed up is crazy. They’re understaffed unsympathetic for customers times and upper management has to be aware based on the horrible reviews I’ve seen below.

Visited 12/2/25 at 815 PM. Manager was very rude. We had to wait on bacon for our club sub sandwiches. Poor customer service skills and had an attitude as if we were at fault for the bacon not being prepared/available. However, the young lady on the cashier did a phenomenal job and even apologized for the mishap. This was my first time having old bread from a Jersey Mike’s.

Waited 30 minutes for a mobile order. Only one employee.

I should've just waited in line, as she served the 5 people in line and 7 more who came in after me before even starting my order.

I can't think of a single situation where a solo employee was in a good mood. I wasn't happy, she wasn't happy.

Zero stars because I got there 45 minutes before closing which is at 9pm and they were already closed and cleaning up. It was around 8:15 and doors were closed and you could see employees pretending to “clean” when they saw me park outside the door.

Upon my arrival I knew this place was different. The staff were young adults and I had a feeling they might not be able to deliver. They seemed more interested in socializing with their co-workers. These kids gave me bread with lettuce fam. The meat seemed different. Can't say if it's because it was so little. The sandwich was made really fast. I even told my guest this might not go so well, and I was right. This is a first for me at a Jersey Mike's. I've been a fan from the east coast, Jersey to be exact. So I know quality and the exceptional sandwiches jersey mikes may deliver. Literally the worst sandwich I've ever had from Jersey Mike's and it was dealt to me by this location and its staff. REAL SHAME

This is a great location. All the team members are upbeat and happy to serve. Every time I am in Tucker I stop in and it’s always a great experience. The food taste so good. Highly recommend that number 9 mikes way.

Quality of the sandwich poor more bread than meat. I ask the manager she stated that scale wasn’t working. Each Jersey Mike are different when it comes to making sandwiches. I show her a picture of the Jersey Mike downtown sandwich compare to Tucker sandwich.

The worst place to go save your money

The place can be empty and will still take 20 minutes to make your sandwich. Ordered ahead at 1:25 got in at 1:55 food was still not ready and there were no customers in there.

#64 never correct they put sweet peppers and red peppers into my 64 always claiming to be out of ingredient. The so called manager is not answering the phones anymore today called several times will be going over his head

If you're going to get food from here, go into the store. Do not get a to-go order or Uber eats. My order is almost always wrong when I have it delivered
