I had the worse experience at Jersey Mike. I walked in and heard a quiet welcome. The customer service was awful. The guy was making my sandwich and said welcome to someone who walked in so quiet I did not know what he said. I said, " Did you say something?" he said I was talking to the lady that walked in the door. She could not hear him because I could not hear him. He put my food on the counter and when the other guy put the paper down he did not use it. Please train the workers on customer service. The worse that I have ever seen.

Terrible service! Have ordered pick up twice and both times our subs were incorrectly made.

Went to this location today. Usually go to the Arcadia Decatur location. The counter was filthy. The meat slicer was even worse. It was full of scraps of cheese and meats. Just disgusting. One man making the sandwich while a female employee moves at a snails pace. The guy had to help her to get things moving. The bread was very stale. Just gross. I should have left because I had concerns over food safety. Tried to find the restaurant food score but could not locate.

Delivered through Uber eats. The sandwich was gross. Turkey and provolone. The meat was super salty. So salty I thought they accidentally put vinegar on the sandwich. The meat was oddly wet as well. Like it had been sitting out for hours even though I only waited 20 min for the delivery. Should have read the reviews first. I won’t be ordering from this location again.

One dude only working making sandwich’s while the other sleeps in the resturant. Not a good look. Go to the back if you that sorry.
The Black male that was working was hitting on the women instead of making our sandwich’s. I placed an order and never got anything bc he was so behind. While the other guy sleeps. Where is the management ? No wonder yall got a 3 rating. Tightin up.

If i can give a zero star I would!!!!!! horrible location got the food delivered to us and was disgusting hated not good all of thee above. I ordered a buffalo chicken wrap that tasted like puck for some odd reason YUCK and my boyfriend ordered a classic Italian sub & the meat tasted rubby & fake scary. 10 out of 10 would not recommend will never eat here again.!

Very little meat on sandwich and I asked for wheat bread and got white!

This has to be the worst Jersey Mikes.
I could get my oil changed faster than the speed of service here. For the third consecutive time I left after waiting 15 minutes and no service.

Came about an hour before closing and managed to beat the closing rush - Rashad made the experience though. Friendly and easy going, he handled our order efficiently and correctly, and hilariously entertained everyone in line as he prepped fresh veggies for us. Wife and I stayed and dined-in off the good energy alone.

Bad experiences are a dime a dozen, had them all too many times before at other JM locations. But if you see Rashad behind the counter, you’re good. I should’ve taken a pic of the sandwiches in their entirety, but they were smashed too quickly. Definitely worth leaving the positive review.

Only 1 out of 3 sandwiches matched what was ordered.

All three of them were absolutely drowned in their respective condiments to the point that the bottom bread was mush. Two had so much mustard that it was coating the outside of the bread, and the other one (mine) must have had half a bottle of vinegar on it - it was all I could taste, and absolutely poured out of it once unwrapped. Vinegar sandwich, f--ing delicious. Thanks.

Staff more interested in socializing with each other than making food, which is probably why the sandwiches were wrong and poorly made. Even once all three sandwiches were finished and wrapped, they delayed handing over the already-paid-for food while they continued their conversation.

If you're not capable of talking and working at the same time, then shut the hell up and focus.

We will never buy from here again. Avoid this location. You'd think after the staggering number of negative reviews, the owner of this franchise would do something about it, but they clearly do not care, since the barely edible food and abhorrent service persist.

I had stop going to this location because it was awful! I read a recent review to give it another because of new management and I’m glad I did!!! Everything and everyone were exceptional!!!
