The place can be empty and will still take 20 minutes to make your sandwich. Ordered ahead at 1:25 got in at 1:55 food was still not ready and there were no customers in there.

#64 never correct they put sweet peppers and red peppers into my 64 always claiming to be out of ingredient. The so called manager is not answering the phones anymore today called several times will be going over his head

If you're going to get food from here, go into the store. Do not get a to-go order or Uber eats. My order is almost always wrong when I have it delivered

I usually love Jersey Mike's sandwiches, especially the Club Sub - but this location just gave me the wettest sandwich ever. There was so much mayo, it was honestly grossing me out to eat it. It was dripping out the sides and the bread was soggy from how much was added. Asking for no mayo next time 🙃 0/10

I went in wanting a giant Mike Famous Philly on whole wheat bread with no peppers. It was lunch hour so I expected it to get busy and have to wait on my order. I paid for my food and waited for about 15-20 minutes.

My food came by and they served me a regular. I told them I got a giant. The cashier told the guy who made my sandwich that she charged me for a regular (She did not do that. I had the recipt for proof.) The guy said he'd make the other half because I had been waiting for so long. So it wasn't because I ordered it? What's that about?

Another five minutes later, I get my other half and leave. I get home and find out that my sandwich was on WHITE BREAD. And it had pepper in it by mistake. It wasn't that there were peppers on it but somehow peppers made it to my sandwich.

It sucks because this place was usually my go to Jersey Mikes. Not I am not sure if I want to return if this is the service now. Trying to gaslight me into believing that they are doing the right thing by... making what I ordered. Had I left and not raised objection, I would have been overcharged. Terrible service over there. Go when it's not busy I guess. Food was still good but it was the worst experience I have at a Jersery Mike.

I had the worse experience at Jersey Mike. I walked in and heard a quiet welcome. The customer service was awful. The guy was making my sandwich and said welcome to someone who walked in so quiet I did not know what he said. I said, " Did you say something?" he said I was talking to the lady that walked in the door. She could not hear him because I could not hear him. He put my food on the counter and when the other guy put the paper down he did not use it. Please train the workers on customer service. The worse that I have ever seen.

I had a bad experience at this location when it first opened two years ago and didn’t return until today. I’ve also seen other reviews rating this location poorly, but my experience today was completely different—all because of Lee.

From the moment I walked in, Lee greeted me warmly and was so friendly and personable—he truly made my day. On top of that, this was the best cheesesteak I’ve ever had at Jersey Mike’s. Lee made it, and the whole experience completely changed my opinion of this location.

Because of Lee, I’ll definitely be coming back. Thank you, Lee!

Went to this location today. Usually go to the Arcadia Decatur location. The counter was filthy. The meat slicer was even worse. It was full of scraps of cheese and meats. Just disgusting. One man making the sandwich while a female employee moves at a snails pace. The guy had to help her to get things moving. The bread was very stale. Just gross. I should have left because I had concerns over food safety. Tried to find the restaurant food score but could not locate.

Delivered through Uber eats. The sandwich was gross. Turkey and provolone. The meat was super salty. So salty I thought they accidentally put vinegar on the sandwich. The meat was oddly wet as well. Like it had been sitting out for hours even though I only waited 20 min for the delivery. Should have read the reviews first. I won’t be ordering from this location again.

One dude only working making sandwich’s while the other sleeps in the resturant. Not a good look. Go to the back if you that sorry.
The Black male that was working was hitting on the women instead of making our sandwich’s. I placed an order and never got anything bc he was so behind. While the other guy sleeps. Where is the management ? No wonder yall got a 3 rating. Tightin up.
