Disappointed!! Came to this location and they didn’t have the bread for the size sandwich i wanted which was a little John. They didn’t apologize and just blew it off i had to leave and go to a different locations. Waste of gas and time horrible

Don't go for pickup 10 minutes before closing. They refuse to make orders. And said that I would be receiving refund 2 or 3 days. The rewards coupon expires today. Seriously

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced! I will not return to this location. I wasn’t greeted when I walked into the door…just crickets. I was the only customer in line and I can see why. I was trying to order a Little John and the store manager was interrupting me as in trying to speed up the process. I was the ONLY one there besides one gentleman that was eating. He started arguing with me, I guess I offended him by telling him he was rude. Then the female making the bread or whatever chimed in and she was beyond rude. I’m not even sure why she joined in the conversation., I wanted to complain but was told it wouldn’t matter because he knows the owner. Said they love him, he’s already made $2,500 and he’s rich. He doesn’t understand he has a job because of customers and he must act in a professional manner. I sat down to find a # for customer service and they were talking about me right in the open. I had to raise my voice to defend myself because they were very aggressive. I still can’t believe it. She loudly yelled that he should call Dekalb County. For what reason might I ask? He then started walking towards me telling me to get out and he was calling Dekalb County Police. He opened the door and they were all saying call Dekalb County. They are so ignorant because they were the ones getting aggressive after I complained about their attitude. I couldn’t call his bluff because I was on lunch break. A lunch break that was obviously ruined! The manager kicked me out of the store then followed me outside arguing. I really wanted the police to come so I could complain. I asked later if they had cameras of the incident. I knew they would make me the villain and they did. The area manager called me and said it was 5 people’s word against mine. Imagine that! He took their side so I had no voice just like he said. So THIS is my voice. He should not be bragging about how much money he makes for the store while he’s treating his customers like crap. I suggest NEWKS which is a couple of stores down. They have Excellent customer service and a nice cozy ambiance. You can enjoy your lunch peacefully.

I guess she was a manager, but she was rude to the cashier and to myself. I requested to have my sandwich cut in 3s, because I'm eating while I'm driving. And she had a problem with that🤦🏾♂️ I been eating sandwiches from Jimmy John's for years and NO ONE had a problem cutting a sandwich in half, 3s or 4s. What the hell happened to customer service? Please get these unprofessional angry people out of your businesses

This was the best Jimmy John's experience I have ever had! They should copy and paste this location because WOW. The customer service was top tier. They even called me to say my order was ready and... AND they have a drive thru because it's also a Dunkin! Like special drinks AND good sandwiches?! I was impressed 😁

Girl taking our order Gen Z stared at me, no greeting, no what would you like, just a stare. Zero hospitality or customer service. You should replace her with AI, it would have more personality. She didn’t govern us a receipt. No have a nice day. Just more staring. Why are you hiring these weirdos??? Jimmy John’s has great food but the service is making me switch to Jersey Mikes.

I stopped by to order lunch and everything was going well until I saw a sign that says “Yesterday‘s bread $.49”. I got back in line to order the bread and was told that the price was incorrect, it is actually $1.00. This may not seem important for some, but it was misleading to say the least. I asked to speak to the supervisor to see if he can honor the $.49 price that was displayed or removed the sign. He indeed took the sign down. Through it all, they didn’t even have yesterday’s bead available to sell however its the principal.

Ordered from here, waited over an hour for my food. Just to get a Club Lulu with literally one thin piece of meat and hardly any bacon. I’m not exaggerating when I say it was a lettuce and mayonnaise sandwich. Pathetic. Worst Jimmy John’s I’ve ever had, and I travel the country for work eating Jimmy John’s everywhere. Don’t waste your time, Jersey Mike’s is right down the road.

Disgusting place, company needs to trained their employees not to used their cell phones while preparing the food, specially not to put the device over the table they cut the meet, even if they used the gloves is extremely disgusting. Also, should trained them to use hairnets and cover their hair when is long.
I want to give a special shout out to this location specifically!!! They have made my sandwich with love every single time, it’s never ever a miss! I truly enjoy this location above all the other locations!!! They are a great team that work hard together and it doesn’t go unnoticed by me as a consistent customer! 10/10 every time, sandwiches are delicious, atmosphere is great!

First time ever eating a Jimmy John’s, and it was not a bad experience at all. We were promptly greeted when we came in, our order was taken and expedited promptly. Overall a pleasant visit and I would visit again and recommend this establishment.
Great service but I shouldn’t pay $7 for something that size of my hand this inflation is some bs
I've been eating at Jimmy Johns in several cities and this is the first time I encountered a slow motion operations, with employees that barely want to speak to the customers, handling the sandwiches with the same gloves over and over while touching other surfaces. On top of all these issues, the two employees were arguing among themselves in front of customers. Unsanitary conditions of meal preparation and horrible service. Never coming back to this location. You guys can learn something from the Dunwoody location they are running a solid Jimmy Johns operations!
They made my sub fast and perfect. Actually it was extremely fast. So fast I could hardly believe it. And the staff was very friendly. I will return for my beach club.
