Service was wonderful. Food was absolutely horrible. We ordered everything from nachos, salmon, snapper, and even pancakes and eggs. Nothing was edible or digestible.

Went for a friend’s birthday this had a reservation for 8:30. The party was present and at the bar. There was a specific area the large party was to be seated, but it was still occupied by the people in the party before ours. Time passed and passed, it was close to 11 before we were seated. They took our orders but were already playing the “ you ain’t gotta go home music” while we were trying to sing happy birthday. By the time we got our food there was nothing left to do but put it in to-go plates and head out the door. One server spilled an order and broke the plate and instead of apologizing like an adult, she stormed off like a toddler by there was no time for the order to be prepared again. The section that was for the area for the large group that we were seated in had tv trays draped in black napkins for seating. It was awkward for eating and socializing. Not to be considered an upscale experience at all! In summary reservations mean nothing especially for large parties, go at your own risk. They ruined the entire evening for our group and the manager did nothing to make up for the inconvenience and horrible experience. The entire restaurant was empty when we got our food! 🫤😒 Wish I could give no stars.

When you charge for drinks “a la carte” 🤣😩the ambiance and decor of Katch is very nice! Our server was nice. The food was acceptable, when it arrived it was lukewarm. My meal alone was $110 which could be expensive to some in this economy. They have a tip/service fee included, most times this brings lackluster service because they are already tipped out. Overall I probably wouldn’t return because i could make this same meal for less at home & better quality. The server should explain that drinks are charged by each ingredient, that’s stupid! 🤣

They don't miss! They have hit the target for food, service, and vibe every time that we have gone. It has quickly become one of our favorite brunch spots and I want people to know to keep busines flowing, but then again I don't want to give my secret spot away lol We've had the salmon croquets, wings, the shrimp and grits, the fish and grits, the breakfast platter, and oh, my Lord m the biscuits. I could just eat a plate of them alone.I highly recommend 10/10!

There were at least 5 servers ( in an practically empty restaurant) and no one came to the table to assist us after waiting 15+. If I could give the this place 0 stars I would.

I think look is deceiving! The place looks like a classy establishment, but the food and service is lacking the basics. For example, our appetizers came at same time with entire. Eggs cold, never a good idea! Also, their signature drink Katch Breeze was like drinking sweet juice. The staff did nothing to make things right.

Delicious food! fast, knowledgeable, friendly service. I couldn't have had a better experience.

Attended the facility on false advertisement stating it was a tailgating brunch for football fans but the ambiance was more subtle to low key church crowd for brunch or family gatherings. Food was ok I guess my expectations wasn’t met according to publicity and advertising. The prices are a lil steep for the alcohol and the servers need to know what they offering I WONT BE BACK!!!

My first time going was this past Saturday night. The ambience had a great vibe. Clean and upscale. People were friendly, coming in dressed nice. Our waitress was pretty friendly and attentive. I was impressed on how quickly our meals came out. Would definitely recommend it and plan to go again.

Suuuuch a pleasant surprise! I had no idea this place was here! I was gorgeous and grown. Dope vibe. Peeeerfect for connecting to celebrate or catch up with friends.

Loved it...I took my husband here for brunch on his birthday and we loved everything about this place. The food, the service and the atmosphere was amazing. We will be back.
