Mommies Night Out with my girls and we had excellent service from beginning to end. We were running about 20 minutes late of our reserved time, but our hostess sat us immediately with no problem in a nice spacious booth. Lola was our waitress & she provided excellent service with a great attitude. The food was plentiful & delicious! I had Chardonnay but my friends had crafted cocktails that were perfectly made (I tasted them). There was a live band from 8:30p-10p so there is an additional $10 per person that Lola brought to our attention once we were seated to make sure we were good with that, which we were. It was worth it. There was a photographer who walked around & took pictures & came around later with glass framed copies which we ended up purchasing some. There is 18% gratuity included but we each tipped a little extra b/c she was THAT good. The manager, Ms. Shawn (sp?) stopped by to check on us as we were packing up. She had great energy. The valet attendant helped us take parking lot pictures with his flashlight for extra lightning. 10/10 across the board. Can’t wait to go back.

I loved everything relative to food, atmosphere and service. I was totally disappointed that they automatically add an 18-20% “service charge and expect you to fully tip the server for the service they provided. The original 18-20% should have been ENOUGH!!! Prices are high too!

The food, service and atmosphere was lovely. They had music, good food and an atmosphere with talking and laughter. We visited here for my Mother’s Birthday. This is me and all of my siblings.

Where should I start! Ok… this is a really nice place! I love the vibe. Great energy and the staff is exceptionally kind. However, even with a reservation it took forever to get a seat. Apparently, according to staff, they booked 4 parties at the same hour causing delays for all other reservations. I get it! It’s Saturday night… but when do you start turning folks away instead of risking the integrity of the business and limiting the experience for everyone else???

It took forever for the food to arrive. When it did arrive it was cold. Yet it was still good. That tells me the food is probably delicious if it is served promptly.

The DJ read the ton very well! He played appropriate music for the crowd and he had a great vibe going.

Overall I would definitely recommend it and will be returning! I will come earlier and go straight to the bar! Order quickly and avoid the high volume peek days and times.

Food, drinks, and vibe are great. The food is expensive. Also is an automatic service charge. Can do without the photographer, but maybe someone loves it.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Katch Kitchen and Cocktails. I booked a reservation over a month in advance for my husband’s surprise 40th birthday dinner for a party of 25. I even followed up with the restaurant twice during the week of the dinner, and both times my reservation was confirmed.

Despite this, when we arrived, the restaurant had overbooked us and could not properly accommodate our group. This ruined what was supposed to be a very special celebration that I had planned carefully. A place that cannot honor confirmed reservations especially for large and important events shows a lack of professionalism and reliability.

If you are considering hosting a special occasion here, I would strongly caution you to think twice.

That Catfish was good ah, it took a minute to arrive but it was delicious. My nephew ordered fries and it took forever and day for them to bring them out. But the service and food was amazing and the ambiance was beautiful crowded but beautiful. Make sure you’re ready to spend money when you come here too, the parking is ridiculous if you don’t pay $10 for valet then your at own risk cause folks do not no how to park nor drive and there is a small section on the other side with little room for parking. Overall went to celebrate my daughters birthday she really wanted steak and she loved it!

Went here to celebrate my sister's birthday because we heard it was a great place and they way it's advertised would nake one think it's very upscale. We are foodies and love amazing food so we were very excited.
When we arrived, the atmosphere was nice. Good music and nice ambiance.
However, once we ordered apps, we began to see the problems. There was no communication between staff, they brought us someone else's order. Once the apps finally came, they came in waves. There were five of us and none of is got our apps at the same time.
Same thing happened with our entrees. Brought us someone else's food, and none of it arrived at the same time. My husband ordered the fish and I ordered the prime rib burger. Both of our fries were cold like they had been sitting, my burger was way over cooked and idk what they're definition of prime rib is but this was not that. Not by a long shot.
We also had the seafood nachos, which where subpar, at best.
The quality of the food here is far from worth the inflated prices. I've had better burgers from the Burger Spot and it didn't cost me $25. The drinks were okay and I guess around the same price as any other night spot but the service wasn't great. They lacked communication and were very unorganized. The ladies bathroom was nasty, especially for a place that's supposed to be upscale.
Overall, I think this place is trying hard to be something it's not. We try to always support black businesses but they have to do much better. It gives the guise of upscale but the quality of the food and service tells a different story.
All of that plus the hidden fees and service charges is the reason I will not go back. Together our bills were nearly $350 and none of it was worth the money. So disappointed. I hope they get it together.

The description of this establishment as “fine dining” is misleading and should be reconsidered. Unfortunately, my experience was far from upscale. My husband made a reservation in advance, yet upon arrival we were told reservations are not honored on nights when the band performs. If that is the case, the reservation option should be removed from the website to avoid misleading guests.

We waited 40 minutes to be seated, only to find dirty plates, glasses, and silverware at our table. The silverware in particular was comparable to what you would find at a diner, not a restaurant advertising itself as fine dining. Additionally, our table was unstable and rocked throughout the meal. The plating was also disappointing, as the rim of my dish held more seasoning and garnish than the actual entrée.

While the food itself was decent, the overall atmosphere and service left much to be desired. The experience felt more reminiscent of a casual neighborhood bar than a fine dining restaurant. The only element that could be described as “fine” was the building’s exterior upon arrival.

This establishment has potential, but it would greatly benefit from professional management to elevate both the service and operations. Until then, it cannot rightfully be considered fine dining.
