Hadn't had KFC in YEARS due to the decline in taste/quality.
Tried today due to T-Mobile Tuesdays free 3 pc Tender box w/$5 purchase deal (got a pot pie).
Man, the pot pie had the consistency of adding, and the crust tasted very stale.
The 3 pc tenders were cooked too long, and the fries were cold.
Oh and the cashier gave me my order with no napkins, no sauce w/tenders, and no utenil for pot pie.
It was all around just bad. Thanks KFC, never EVER again.

If I could give this place a zero star I would. I drove over 30 minutes to get food after I got off of work because I was craving KFC. This specific location is it supposed to close until 12 AM. I made it to the location at 11:20 PM, and the person on the speaker told me that they were closed and refused to take my order. When I asked why they told me that it was because they were short of staff and it was only them there. When I pulled to the window I saw multiple people in there with the KFC shirt on. They were laughing and giggly as everything was funny. when I asked him why you refusing to take my order when you have Adequate staff and you’re not supposed to close for almost another hour. He tried to lie and say that there was no one else in there while I was looking at the step white girl. The guy who I was speaking Who is name Andre and he was very rude and very Nas. I am so livid right now. I am definitely taking this to Corporate because I spent my time and gas driving all the way over here to be refused service even though online it says they’re not supposed to close until 12 AM. It’s just the laziness that pisses me off. If you don’t want to be at work then go find another job. Andre, you are a horrible employee and you need to be fired immediately. Your behavior tonight was completely unacceptable, and lying to me as if I can’t look into the window and see the other employees in there myself makes me feel as though you were playing with my intelligence then when I pull the window and I hear them laughing at me that was a whole Nother story. I will be taking this to Corporate and I no one goes to this location. There is another location not too far from it. You’ll just have to get there a little earlier. I recorded a video of him and the other employees inside joking about how they had lied to me about not having any staff. I cannot post a video, but here is a screenshot from the video. He says his name is Andre and he needs to be fired.

Was just yelled and cussed at by the woman working the drive thru (11/19 4:45pm). At the drive thru box, no one welcomed me until I said something after sitting there for a few minutes. I said “hello” and she replied “hold on” with an attitude and let me sit there with other cars behind me for 5mins. Proceeded to cuss me out and tell me I can leave if I don’t like it because I said she needs to work on her customer service….I don’t normally eat KFC ever, but I never will after that experience

Hello all, I really have to post a terrible experience at KFC /Taco Bell 4295 Lawrenceville highway. This location has horrible service, which was understandable during covid, everybody had a hard time, but now there is just no excuse. I went through the drive-thru ordering a chicken tender meal and supreme chicken tacos. They told me to pull forward to wait for my food at the door. After 15 minutes I went in and a manager had the nerve to tell me that the tenders aren't ready yet because the cook just got off of lunch. Mind you I placed my order at 12:35 p.m. which is PRIME LUNCH TIME! Why was the cook having lunch at lunch time!? I asked for a refund because I needed to go and she stated they didn't have refunds. I settled for a sandwich instead and left quite frustrated, and she had the nerve to say my tone was hostile! How was I supposed to be peaches and cream?! All of this now taking 30 minutes of my time. When I got home the tacos weren't even correct, they gave me plain beef tacos not the supreme chicken tacos I had ordered! The neglect of customer service is not acceptable. Of course I contacted corporate KFC and placed a formal complaint. People we have to do better, don't tolerate this if we're going to have a better standard to have a better city. Not acceptable! Ikyfl had me sitting outside for some poppers for 30 minutes they all high and the lady who took my order came outside to grab something from her car who the freak runs this place
It's been a few years since we had KFC. The quality and taste had gone down. HOWEVER, we stopped for a quick bite and was impressed. The legs and thighs original recipe was truly cooked to perfection and im not a leg and thigh person. I am very picky and like my chicken cooked thoroughly. Someone absolutely knows how to prepare and season this chicken well. Today at this location we needed to coming back less than an hour later because we wanted more of that chicken as we couldn't believe how good it was. We gave the cooks compliments and told them to keep up the good work. Very happy we chose to stop today.. we are repeat customers again.
