Not above average. I only buy at this location because it is close to my house or a promotion. I would not take someone there or buy anything at their regular menu price. Good area but the food quality specially and service need to change to keep its customers.

Rude manager, asked for her name, she shouted I’m the manager, made me wait after I ordered for my sauces, while she assisted a man that ordered after me, I asked if i could please get the sauce and she said I heard you the first time, I asked if you did why can’t I have it, I’m helping my customer (I’m 68 and a white female, the man she was helping was a young black man), I will NEVER return, unprofessional and I ordered the chicken tenders, which were very tiny, asked for corporates number, I don’t know it is the answer I got! Stay away from this store!

Horrible food. If I could give zero stars, I would. KFC has gone downhill. The chicken was greasy and it tasted like it was cooked in one week-old oil. French fries were cold. The mashed potatoes and gravy tasted like grease. Biscuits were cold. I tried to call back up there to get my money back. That is how bad it was. Of course, the phone number was not working. I’m going to be calling corporate office on this one. It was that bad. do not visit this location. And now I’m questioning all locations.

Spent $22 for nuggets and all were old and disgusting. From my experience after years of living near this kfc it never improved my family warned me this location was terrible but I seen for myself today. Whoever manage this location should be replaced and I know it’ll improve tremendously. Believe the one star reviews unless you like to waste money 🤷🏽♀️

Chicken was soggy and sauce was running watered down.. gravy was also watery... tried to call to make a complaint and no one answers the phone despite having a full staff available.. food was trash..and a waste of 28 dollars and gas

This has to be the worst kfc in Georgia. The person that takes your order through the drive through is always so rude and cuts you off before u can even finish. They are always out of stuff, food never taste as good as other kfc. And they forget half the order. Don’t waste your time.
What a disappointment. Firstly, the rings I ordered was stone cold. I had to take them home and microwave them. And then they shorted me a dipping sauce and one of the ones I did get was the strong sauce. Not coming here again
