This Kroger has the worst customer service employees of all time. Karen needs to be in another department,she is slower than a turtle. Farrah moves like she is on a leisure picnic. These two people don't care anything about the customers and their time. They move like they are on a picnic vacation.

About an hour ago my elderly Mother and I were at Kroger. My Mom was in line and I was waiting on the side. My Mom had everything ready and the lady in front of her had moved on she thought. My Mom scanned her credit card and the cashier who was about 50 with brown shoulder length hair, and chubby blew up on my Mom. She repeatedly yelled at her and It was so inappropriate. My Mom is 86 and hard of hearing but she is independent. I wish I had been in line with her. I didn’t see a manager to report to. I can’t believe Kroger keeps such sorry cashiers that treat elderly people like trash. I have also seen a middle aged white blonde yelling at a customer before. What’s going on Kroger? One day one of these “ladies” is going to say the wrong thing to the wrong person! The pharmacy is excellent however I will be taking my Mom to the store from now on! Or actually just going to Publix

I entered the store on March 7th,2024 and I was looking for a particular item. I was starting to get frustrated because I couldn’t find it, and I was about to walk out. Manager Kayla walked by and asked was I finding everything you’re looking for and I proceeded to tell her no and she asked me what could she do for me. She then started searching for the item for me and found it. I asked her what her name was and I thanked her. Ms.Kayla is a great asset to this store and I really appreciate her
This location has multiple expired products being sold. Make sure you check the expiration date on each and every item from this location.

While completing my weekly grocery shopping, I needed assistance with finding a certain brand. I ran into the shift manager Kayla and she provided clear instructions to allow me to find exactly what I need. Before leaving, she made sure I found everything okay providing astonishing customer service! It’s nice to have genuine employees that care :)

Went in to use money services. 823am and still not open after waiting 23 minutes and seeing 8 different employees and 2 managers walk by to be told "we are short-staffed." My guess is th only employee who could run the services was late, but to be told 'shortstaffed' and to not have a contingency plan is bad customer service and bad management. Last time I use Kroger for anything. Horrible service which is probably because of the low pay, but still record profits. Since money is the only thing they respond to, they aren't getting anymore of mine

I had a challenging time finding things after the remodel of this location.. I couldn’t find any employees working on the floor, until I was approached by a worker … asking “if I found everything alright”. Kayla went above and beyond with assisting my shopping. I’ll definitely be back again !!!

Love the service and selection here. Only downside is that this is an older store and floor plan is small and aisles are a bit cramped. Otherwise it would be 5 stars.
