Terrible experience at self check out. It's not busy, just me and 2 other people. I needed a cashier to acknowledge my coupon, and another man needed the cashier to finalize his alcohol purchase. Tayleor was slowly refilling bags but she saw both of us standing there waiting for her. My kid is close to a meltdown. I'm waiting. She sees it and goes to the other man with the alcohol and then slowly refilling bags there. I asked her, can she come over and help me with my coupon. She said she needs to finish refilling her bags. Again it's not busy at all. Now there are just 2 people. It's clear she didn't want to help me. When she finally came she made rude comments to the other person about me rushing her. I truly don't understand what is the issue. I wasn't rushing and it wasn't busy. Doesn't take long to swipe a coupon. Why must you make someone wait. And why me? Then I realized I was the only person of a certain race when this happened. Done with Kroger. I'm going to Publix for better customer service.

It's become such a dump. You pay a lot of money to check yourself out & bag all your own groceries. Heaven help you if a price is missing... people were nice enough. It's just been going downhill for a while...

Horrific "customer service". I'm attempting to check out at self check out and the one item I'm purchasing does not ring up the sale price. I say excuse me to Andrea who's refilling bags across the aisle. I tell her my item is not ringing up correctly and ask for her assistance. She ignores me and continues to refill another set of bags. I finally asked her to come over and assist me, and she stops and helps 2 other people first. When she finally gets to me she looks at the screen and says which item are you asking about, and I inform her I'm only purchasing one item. She says if that's the way it's ringing up then that's the right price. I told her there were several sale signs in the aisle and she asked me if that's where I got it and I said yes. She repeated that if that's what it's ringing up that's the price. I asked her to go look for herself and she refused. I asked for the manager and she also refused, stating she was the only one working there. It's only 9 PM at night. I have never had a kroger refuse to honor their advertised price, they are normally very good about this kind of thing. I was shocked at her poor attitude, and she made it very clear that she did not want to help me. Then she had the nerve to yell at me on my way out that I had a bad attitude. Unbelievable. Needkess to say i left wothout the item i came for. This is kind of customer service is why I usually go to Publix. I will definitely never go back to this store.

If I could give NEGATIVE stars I would. I'm a loyal click list customer from Ohio and Macon 10+ years. I went in this store at the customer service desk to purchase lottery tickets and was told their customer service desk was closed very rudely. What do people do when they need to purchase Georgia Peach Pass stickers or pay their utility bills? I'm switching to Publix- their food is better anyway. Unbelievable!!!

Closed early. Tired of the poor customer service lately. Unprofessional and inconvenient.

You must search high and low for a shopping cart while a visible stash is inaccessible because they were roped and locked off. The manager was absolutely No HELP. I did not shop and will never return.

I was charged a 20% charge for Tip on items that were not available, and forget about complaining or notifying any one.

I'm surprised I haven't reviewed this Kroger. Or did and it's gone? Whatever the case, here's my short review on it. I love Kroger in general. I love being a Plus Member. This Kroger is medium size. It's not huge as Duluth or Stone Mountain but bigger than the Norcross location. I find more items here than my usual spot in Norcross. Every time I come here, the employees are nice. They have more variety in their "healthy" section than others and is better organize. Out of all the self checkout's I've been to, Kroger has the quickest and best ones. There are two sets of self checkouts at this location. 25/2020

Everything was fine. I just went to get groceries. I went through self check out with ny husband, mind you im pregnant, i don't want to be bothered and this lady wouldn't stop trying to help, i thank her for he gesture but told her we could handle it. She kept coming back to the point that i had to tell her to put my food down that we knew what we were doing and didn't need her help. This Lady said "if you wanted help you could have gone to the other lanes". First you are rude! I want my husband's help and second that nun of your business and third that doesn't make sense, i didn't ask for your help!. I for sure wont be going back here! I just wanted to get my groceries and leave in peace... this was so unnecessary.

This Kroger is so lovely. The produce is awesome and fresh. I purchased some lettuce in a pack and waited a week to use it. When i went to use it it was fresh. I was so happy my family could have a fresh meal. All of the staff are willing to look for an item if its not on the shelf. I love andvam grateful for this kroger. Hear Ye Hear Ye i deem it friendly kroger or mr roger's kroger. It's a beautiful day in the neighborhood when you buy from friendly kroger.

Went to a check out lane with about 10 items, and was asked by the cashier (Madina) to go to a free lane. The woman in front of me was almost finished so there was no back-up. I told the cashier that I had already unloaded most of my items. There was then a delay while she figured out why the scanner wasn't working. When it came time to present my Kroger discount card, she told me impatiently how to scan it, and commented that they had had the scanner for a year so there was no reason for me not to know how to use it. I rarely go to that particular Kroger and the number has always been scanned by the cashier. So I looked at her pointedly and said, "Thank you for your patience!" Clearly dealing with people isn't her talent.

This is a review about ONE employee of Kroger. It is solely about him. And he gets 5 stars. I broke my ankle a couple of weeks ago. I can get by but I do struggle. Family, as always, vanished as if you'd of thought I asked them to pay for the groceries instead of just help shop. None of the local grocery stores do the shopping for you and just load your car. So I get my scooter and head to Kroger. I'm on this one leg scooter and I was trying to push a buggy while on it when ONE young man, a Kroger employee, asks me if I needed help. He basically turned into my personal shopper for the trip; helping me get things off the shelf, filling my cart, placed everything on the conveyor belt, loaded my car. Keeron was my PERSONAL angel that day. SHOUT OUT TO KEERON. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for simply caring. And thank you Kroger for having him there.

I've been to this Kroger a few times, which is kinda out of the way for me, but when I'm in the area, I'm glad it's here. Not the largest Kroger I've visited, but it does get the job done, with it's full deli, salad/olive bar and all of the typical sales you expect to find in Kroger. It's a clean store with friendly staff, but there are a few issues I have with this location. One of the few things I didn't like about this location at all is I began to look for the free Friday digital deals (you can download these every Friday either on their app or their website), which practically every Kroger location has a display near the front of the store. Not only did I not see a display where most other Kroger locations have their free Friday displays placed, but the actual product was nowhere to be found in the store. That sucks. Staff at Kroger were nice, asking as I walked by how my day was or if I found everything, which is always a nice touch, but since I used the self pay lane, I had no more customer/staff interaction to know if they were good or bad....generally they seem good. Located on Lawrenceville Highway, the thing I also don't like about this Kroger is their parking lot. Admittedly it's not Kroger's fault since they share space with Walmart and a few other stores, but while getting into the lot can be very easy, getting out is sometimes....most times....tough! There is one red light exit, but it too is sometimes difficult to locate if you haven't been here to know which location it is (trust me, it's not so obvious). Will I be back to this Kroger? Probably, especially if I'm in the area. The complaints I have aren't 100% Kroger specific, so if I'm in need of some quick groceries and I'm close, I'll check them out again.

Always a pleasure to shop at this store! Special thanks to Tina ( assistant Manager) for assisting me with purchasing fish after the market had just closed up. She saw me staring at the fish in the display case and walked over and asked me if I needed any help. I told her that I was really rushing to get to the seafood department after work but was unsuccessful that day and I really needed to buy catfish as I promised my daughter in law and son who had just moved back home from Texas I would cook their favorite dish for that night. Tina went back to the freezer and figured out how to weigh and price the fish and wrapped it perfectly so I could purchase it! She saved the night ( and dinner)!!! I will never forget that every time I see her. Thank you Tina and everyone else for always making it an enjoyable experience when I shop with you.
