Horrible tasting chinese food. If your looking for hit of a chinese fried rice then this is not the resturant of choice. They have spanish working in the kitchen cooking chinese food. Now right off the back you can tell how horrible the food will taste. I order a pork fried rice with chicken wings and it was the worst experience I've ever had. Never again going back there.

I discovered Main Moon a couple of years ago and keep coming back. I’ve tried many of the menu items and all are good. The orange chicken with fried rice is tops. I’ve recently moved several states away, but every time I return, the first place I go to eat is Main Moon. It’s worth the two-day drive. No Chinese restaurant in the city I moved to comes close to Main Moon.
The energy, friendliness, and enthusiasm of the young woman at counter make the experience even better.

Hubby ordered takeout and the quality is average. The taste is more suitable for western style. They have a wide selection from their menu, so we might try the wings next time.

Tried this place for the 1st time,it was very busy. But the food was good & fast. Friendly helpful staff. Interior is small with not much seating. Menu has many common chinese dishes.

Delicious food. One of the best Chinese food restaurants in Tucker.
They just got a score of 67 from health department on January 5, 2026. Sorry, I made an error, this is the wrong Main Moon Chinese restaurant. Please ignore this review. My apology to this management and owner.

The food is really good and Taste fresh. I can see why this place have 5 stars. But I also have to mention the negative reviews. If you like your food really salty then maybe this place isn’t for you.
I actually feel like I’m eating quality food. A lot of people are so used to high sodium foods that when they taste something different they auto think it has no flavor.
This place definitely has flavor and the veggies are crisp and not overcooked.
I will definitely come back here when visiting my parents. Even as I type this I feel full. It doesn’t have the feeling of eating 10 pounds of food yet still hungry. 😂
But obviously food is subjective. If you are worried. Get something small to start off the. Go from there
Also the prices was pretty decent and the customer service was great.

This was the worst Chinese food we’ve ever had. It was completely inedible. We ordered hot and sour soup, orange chicken, and my shu pork. The soup and my shu were unrecognizable… strange ingredients, terrible taste, etc. we had hope for the orange chicken but it was tasteless and swimming in grease. We took a few bites of each, threw it away, and made breakfast for dinner. I really didn’t know Chinese could be so terrible. I don’t get the reviews and seeing the rating makes me trust Google reviews less and less.

I recently visited Main Moon for takeout and got Shrimp Egg Foo Yung, Sesame Chicken and the Main Moon Special. While the service was excellent, I found the food somewhat lacking. The best dish by far, and the only one I would order again, was the Main Moon Special. It was fairly well seasoned and flavorful & the protein portions were generous. The Egg Foo Yung was my least favorite, as it was soggy and the gravy was chalky, like the thickening agent had not been cooked well. The flavor of the Sesame Chicken was good, but I found the chicken over cooked and some of the smaller pieces were hard and tough. The white rice that came with the dishes was well cooked, however the fried rice had very little taste. I will go back and try other dishes because the service was great and the staff very welcoming and friendly.
