So I placed the order through grub hub just be told they don't receive my order . So when I called and explained what happened the manager claimed they didn't have the order and it may have been a scam website . Which was false bc I explained to her that I placed it on the website . I did order it and I have the receipt that I did . Under the impression that it could have possibly been a scam I ordered again because I have children I am trying to feed, I ordered again this time paying cash at the door . Tell me why I did order it and the number was incorrect. I feel like being that I'm a manager as well if she would have asked for my name and or number this could of been resolved smh. I feel like customer service here was not satisfied at all

Actually the worst pizza I've ever tried to eat. The delivery driver was a nice guy who happened to live in my same complex so there wasn't a hassle there.The pizza was tough and nearly cold, I ordered a White Cheesy but being in the pizza business myself this was an atrocity. Barely got through three slices before I eventually just threw it away. Thought it was entirely overpriced as well.

I can't believe this location it's about a mile away from my house and it took them, one hour to deliver pizza and the manager was rude and their help was even more rude, I will not be ordering food from this location ever again Manager tried to pleased me by offering me food for free after their make a huge mistake like if I was asking for something free from them. This is the second time I have had an issue with this same store. I made an order at 7:40 to be picked up at 8:30 PM. By the time I got to the store to pick it up they told me it wasn’t ready I had to wait another 10 to 15 minutes with my two year old in the back seat antsy. I had to go back to the window and they act as if they didn’t hear the bell and wait another five minutes before they finally found my pizza. I didn’t get my pizza until 915 and it was cold. Never again I’ll find another pizza spot.
Wow, what a shame. The pizza and staff are great but the Marco's website is a disaster. I spent 20 minutes trying to update my password because some genius in the corporate office "updated" the company website. I went to email them with my problem, and you guessed it, the customer service email didn't work. It seems if you want a pizza, you'd better do it their way or get lost.

This is/was our "go to" place for pizza since it's near our home. Been coming to this specific location for a few years. Yesterday, 6/3/2023, we made an order for two large pizzas. Picked them up at the drive thru, went home and ate. We did notice there was something "different" about the pizza flavor, but assumed we were just being sensitive. All was good...until both our digestive systems were doing something strange about an hour later. I had some stomach pain and my husband had stomach pain with diarrhea. Maybe WE didn't wash our hands before eating? Next day, today (6/4/2023), we had leftovers but made sure to wash hands thoroughly. Same thing. Stomach pain is back. The good news is neither of us were vomiting or had a fevers, so I don't think we have an E.coli infection. Maybe there is a new chemical they added to their process? Not sure, but ... beware...something has changed.
