Expensive but excellent Southern Faire. Thr lemon meringue was better than the beautiful Strawberry shortcake. Individually priced and dining room was nice. A change from typical restaurants and chains for my teen
Pricey for the selection and quantity of food. Staff was busy talking with each other. You could hear them throughout the restaurant. Would have been nice to be greeted at least once considering the down-home atmosphere. 3.5 stars.
I grew up going to Matthew’s cafeteria. Whenever I am in Tucker I always stop in to eat. The food is amazing, large portions of delicious southern classics. Family owned business, doing it right. My favorite hometown restaurant.
