Burned! Got a coffee and the server failed to close the lid properly so when I took it the lid popped off and because the cup is so flimsy half of the coffee spewed all over me, slightly burning my hand. I yelled from the pain and the sever just looked at me, smiling nervously. Thanks for not apologizing or asking me if everything was ok!! Horrible!

The manger Dee black older gentleman in drive thru said they were open. When I arrived they told me they were closed which was only 10 mins later. Supposed to be 24 hours and they aren’t open. Same since last week.

I always go to this McDonalds literally loved it! And we go late because we get off work late. But they turned me down at 3:40am? Said they close down at 3:30am! The website says 3:59am and online says 24/7. They told me to go to the one on jimmy carter 7mins away! So I guess just go to the one on jimmy cater at night because you not gonna know when they might say they are closed.

Just wanted to give you guys your props! I live in Stone Mountain and there is a McDonald’s less than .06 miles from me and I come all the way to this one off of Lawrenceville highway. I’m big on customer service and I LOVE interacting with their morning crew! I don’t know their names but they are an amazing crew and the food is ALWAYS fresh! Thank you guys so much! Y’all make my mornings easier!
