There’s not been a single time where I came here and my order was correct. Even after I check the bag letting them know that items are missing they tell me it’s in there and close the door on me. I tried to call, of course the line doesn’t go through.

McDonald's app shows location being open as well as Google Maps, it allows you to place an order when you arrive the location is completely closed, staff seems to make their own hours after dark, and it takes time to get the money returned

I ordered my food twice spent 70 dollars spoke to manager he wasn't helpful at all my order wasnt be prepared they couldn't provide me a real reason as to why they were Refusing to make my order like I stayed I placed it twice im a Gm i know how uber eats works he could have took time to check I waited 3 hours for food I never received and I had to pay a 35 dollars cancellation fee im pissed very unprofessional and uncaring!!!! Will not patronize this location anymore

Went last night to grab a “quick” dinner. Ended up being a 25+ minute drive thru excursion. Ordered two sprites with our meals - got to the pickup window and they had one girl redoing each drink order because they were out of sprite. Why would you let people continue to order sprite? Hence the backup!
Our order was also wrong when I got home and our fries containers were half full! Whoever was the MOD 12/3/25 in the evening needs a little chat!

I came in to get a Uber eats order. After about 10 minutes I was able to get some bodies attention and show them my delivery order for pick the said ok and I thought they had taken a mental note or something that I was in the cue. Well 35 mins later they asked me what my order for pick up was again I told them, and showed them. After another 5 minutes they told me somebody else got it. So I waited for 50 mins in a fast food restaurant to pick up a customer s order and couldn't even get it. I understand there is a rush and wait times can get a little long, but I feel like this is to long and it hurt my reputation on the Uber eats app.
Frappe was perfect. I have never really been a frappe drinker I've had Starbucks and other fancy coffee places but McDonald's mocha frappe with no whipped cream or chocolate syrup add an extra shot of espresso is just a delight to me & a nice treat for myself! 😋

WORST location in the area. If you go anytime after 9pm, the inside is CLOSED when it shouldn’t be. They don’t lock the door but won’t allow you inside. If you place a mobile order you are then stuck because you can’t cancel it and will receive an error that they are “processing your order and it can’t be cancelled”. Waited 22 minutes in line, get to the first window and when she opened it you could smell WEED!!!! She gave me someone else’s receipt…got to the 2nd window and she was nice and polite but of course my order wasn’t totally finished so I had to wait again. All together took me 33 minutes to get friggin McDonalds they of course was cold!!!!!!!!!!!!oh and corp does NOTHING. Location has been a mess for years and corporate will say they sent the complaint to the location. That’s all. Line to lawrenceville highway because they are smoking and have turned it into club Mickey Ds

We are frequent customers. New manager has instilled bad service. Husband was ignore at counter along with other white customers. All condiments were left out of order…butter, salt and pepper, syrup, plastic ware. You have one more time to get it right. The Jimmy Carter location isn’t that far away.

I’m super upset this is literally my favorite McDonald’s ! MORNING SHIFT DOES SO WELL ! But in the late evenings/ nights always a messs ALWAYS is sickening ! They are so rude and I am African American the Latinos are extremely rude I spend a lot of money here unfortunately because my kids love it but that’s about to change I’m so tired of jow idly goes at night service horrible ! Barely respond when people come to order it’s a mess !
