I just sat in McDonald's drive thru for over 10 mins thinking it was gonna be quick cause I didn't want much. But my food was cold . No apologies given for wait time. No customer service at all i will never return. Mind you this is my 1st impression of this particular McDonald's. Never again

Ordered 2 double cheeseburgers and a large fry. One had ketchup and mustard all over the wrapper and one had one patty, 2 pieces of cheese. Fries wer soggy with no salt. I know, it’s McDonald’s so I guess it’s to be expected but when i told the manager about the single patty double cheeseburger she said “I gave you a quarter pound patty instead since we close in 30 minutes” like what? Lol when the manager is on this type of timing the rest of the restaurant reflects it from food quality to the atmosphere

I’ve been to this McDonalds 4 times and every time my food is burnt whatever grill they use to heat up the patty leaves chunks of burnt residue on my patty. That’s an indication that the grill isn’t being cleaned because 4 out of 4 times my burger has had the hard burnt pieces on them as if they came off a bbq pit and let’s be honest ain’t no real cooking like that is being done in there. My child's happy meal cheese burger is inedible the bread is hard the patty is dry and hard. I understand this is McDonald’s but for my food to be messed up every time pisses me off. Do not go here. Go up the street to the one on Stone Mountain industrial blvd.
