I Waited over 15 minutes in a drive thru spot for a order of hotcakes and a bacon egg cheese bagel. Had to go inside and multiple people were also waiting for their food. Manager acted like she didn’t care so i got the attention of the lady who told me to wait for my food at the drive thru. She was apologetic but manager only cared if i should have a gotten a smaller paper bag or not. Service is slow, no organization in the cook station and bad management.

These people dont care about there jobs at all the are yelling and cussing in the back, nobody is respectfull and i know its just mcdonalds but why cant you make a simple burger right?? Its not that hard to see a patty is over cooked and shouldnt be served. Absolutely pittifull.

I've visited this location drive-thru a few times over the last few months for breakfast and happy meals. The staff has been exceptional -- kind, helpful with the app, efficient, correct orders, friendly farewells. They are giving Chick-Fil-A a run fir their money.

I’ve been out here for two months. I’ve visited this location several times. There is only 1 time I was greeted with respect. All the other times I’ve visited this location, the cashier was rude, rushed me, yelled or had my order wrong, I said GM and no one said anything back. I had to ask for napkins and ketchup. I will not be returning this location again!!!!!

I’m extremely disappointed with my recent experience at this McDonald’s. I ordered a simple burger through the drive-thru no cheese, add Mac sauce and what I got looked like it was made as a joke. It was ridiculously sloppy, like someone threw it together on purpose just to be funny. I went inside to show them the sandwich, and at first the manager with the short Afro and glasses seemed embarrassed by how it looked. But then he went to the back, threw it away, and started laughing about it with the employee who made it, like it was some kind of joke. Y’all need to stop hiring kids who don’t take their job seriously. I spent my money just like everyone else, and I expect to be treated with respect and get decent food, not be laughed at behind the counter. Do better.

I went shopping there tonight. I don't know because I'm Hispanic, but the person taking the order was very rude. I mean, I know I don't speak perfect English, but she shouldn't have been rude. They didn't give me the full order, so I don't know why they have racist staff. I spent 11:20 pm with the rude person.
