Unfortunately after I drove off and unwrapped my double cheeseburger I discovered that my bun was beyond toasted, but instead burnt to a crisp and flat as the wrapper!! Like why not just toss it in the trash! Why did they use it and serve it to a paying customer! Needless to say, I was pissed. No bun...just meat and it was a messy mess! My half and half tea was good though! Oh and the lady at the window where I paid was super friendly and upbeat, but I really wanted a hot and fresh cheeseburger!

This is by far the worst McDonald's I've ever visited in GA so far. I very rarely even eat McDonald's, but it was close by, so I stopped to get a double fish filet with no cheese, that's it. After sitting in line for 13 minutes, I was asked to pull to the side. 20 minutes later my sandwich was brought to me and was not correct. Every car was being pulled to the side. Every parking space was filled with people waiting. I went inside and the rude cashier starting arguing with a customer that asked for extra bbq sauce, she then became combative with the next customer complaining about his order not being correct. I waited an additional 10-12 minutes for this same rude employee to address me, finally I said, I would just like a refund. The sandwich was wrong, the wait has been entirely too long and customer service doesn't exist here. I'll spend my money where it is appreciated. The Manager came up, overheard everything going on and didn't bother to address anything! The Management and overall service is PURE GARBAGE at this location. I should've learned a few months back...long wait, bad orders with a side of piss poor attitude! This location needs to host a hiring event and hire an entire new staff for 1st shift! I DEFINITELY will NEVER return.

It’s just a shame what they’ve done to the big Mac sandwich there’s nothing big about it. They shrunk the piece of meat down to less than a sausage patty. There was nothing but bread and sauce and a thin piece of. I don’t even know if that was hamburger. I’ve been eating McDonald’s food for three decades and this is just sad. This generation don’t know what a Big Mac used to look like or taste like, but I do.

She rolls her eyes when she saw me waiting to take.my order and the person before me asked for something and she threw it in the bag and then got ugly when the poor person asked for her coke. SHE REALLLLY MAKES YOU FEEL LIKE YOUR A BOTHER AND SHOULD NOT OF CAME IN. I get it that they get busy but you never make a customer feel the way she made us feel. I am a boss too and I would never allow this kind of behavior. PLEASE if you don't let your job then move on. This was totally and completely unacceptable and I am calling the 1 800 line. Not to mention when a customer says "THANK YOU" DONT JUST WALK AWAY

I ordered the Filet o fish meal, one extra filet o fish with a small fries. The sandwiches had been reheated instead of freshly made. The fries were soggy and extremely salty. My request for extra cheese on filet o fish was mistaken for extra bacon. The sandwiches were messy and tampered with as if they removed the bacon to replace for the extra cheese as requested. The employees were unprofessional and handled my request for a refund as a joke.

This is the absolute worst McDonald's I've ever been to.I ordered a McChicken with something that look like lettuce to one side of the sandwich with a piece of tape like cheese.The strawberry pie was so hard I took it back just to show them what they are selling customers.
Food was cold and hard: The top bun of quarter pounder was toasted hard with zigzags like something had been sprayed and hard toasted on it, and the nuggets were hard cooked. The employees are not nice or polite. No hello and no thank you when greeting customers. I did not eat the burger or return it...just tossed it. I will not be going back to this Lavista Rd location. Should have known something was wrong because they had so few customers. And the girl at the drive thru needs to pull her shirt down to cover appropriate areas, in a better way, preventing undies from showing. Appearance and delivery is everything. I wanted to give 0 stars. Should have checked the reviews first. Horrible, indeed.

I will never return even though it's close to my job . I will go elsewhere. They will give you burnt food smh! Damn there are more buns of bread in the bag genius. This doesn't make sense . If it was there order they wouldn't eat it! They need retraining before this location closes due to their neglect! I got a number 1 Big Mac meal and a extra Big Mac. Fry’s were hot but nasty, soggy, and greasy. Taste like someone re dipped old fry’s in the grease to make them hot again. Customer service sucks it’s a bunch of young kids. Who probably really don’t care about anything in the place but a cell phone. No ice for my iced tea. When I asked about the ice, the young lady said come on give us a break we’re trying to get up out of here. I will not shop here again.
