Empty bar, absent bartenders.Only ordered a beer and some quick bites. Food came out, but the bartender never came back to check if it was correct or even edible. Sat for 15-20 minutes without touching my plate before someone came to see why I wasn't eating.I was the only person sitting at the bar, they were just prioritizing Togo orders instead of dine in patrons.Manager was nice and tried to resolve the issue, but I had been sitting for so long, it was too late to make me happy.

We paid for burn pizza. The waiter knew that and whenever we tried to tell him about the issue he wont let us talk by changing topics and quickly leaving.

The spinach dip had too much spinach. The wings were not piping hot at all. I'm expecting to burn my fingers and......nothing. the coolest thing about the evening was the server. She was pleasant.

When I want to eat a good pizza, my choice no.1 is Mellow mushroom Tucker. I have eat there several times. Always satisfied with the taste, perfect customer service and I can’t say enough about the amazing and very helpful manager they have.

Mellow Mushroom has ALWAYS been a fave of mine . I think it’s important to feel welcome as a customer . From the moment I walk into the store I am always greeted immediately and get to sit in my favorite spot ,which is right next to the kitchen . I like to watch them toss the dough and create magic . I particularly like how detail orientated that manager is there. I watch how he leads his team and helps them whenever they need it . He always comes to check on us after we receive our food The food, staff and atmosphere is amazing as always and I would never choose another mellow to go to . It’s no wonder this place has only improved over the years :)
The service here is top tier. Had a great experience with Phinn and Frankie!! They were so kind and welcoming. And very attention oriented - our table wanted for nothing. The food was delicious. I had the house special pizza (with a side of balsamic vinegar-TRUST ME ??) and my husband had the jerk calzone. All the food was DELICIOUS. The manager Adam even came over to make sure we were doing well. Will continue to visit this location as everything is always amazing!!

This is our favorite mellow mushroom by far! Delicious food, awesome atmosphere, and very clean establishment! The staff are great and the manager Adam is just an all around great guy, there's nothing he can't do! We refuse to go to any other Mellow mushroom. It's Northlake only for us!

I've seen this Pizza place near my home and wanted to try it. Looked Good! And I was surely able to try the taste at work today, ordered by the LOADS! And I mean a whole lot of pizza was delivered! And when I state that there is just ONE Word to describe this Pizza....... #NASTY!! Just PLAIN NASTY!! I ain't telling you no lies, just nasty!!
