The male that was serving me was not friendly at all, I’m assuming he was the manager. He was tight af when it came to the portions he was giving me. I almost walked out right then and there when I saw him giving me half a spoon of ground beef. I will just stick to the North Decatur Road location next time.

Every time i order at this location i get practically no food at all. I accidentally ordered to this location last night after saying i would never go back, The food was cold, the birria was tough and dry, and they gave me the wrong rice. I could not eat more than two spoons of my meal and they gave my husband a half scoop of everything (rice, chicken, and cheese) and he doesn’t get a lot so there was practically nothing in his bowl. Will never go back and don’t recommend.

On 9/16/23 I ordered Moe’s for my daughters and I and the food was not what I expected. We eat Moe’s a lot and has never experienced this before. We got our food via Door Dash and the food was a little cold. Which is understandable since I couldn’t pick it up myself. However, around 8pm (we received our food around 1pm) one daughter and experienced some stomach issues and the other daughter vomited several times in one hour. I called the nursing hotline and it determined food poisoning. Being in the medical field myself, I figured that is what it was since we really didn’t eat anything else because of the nauseous feeling. I called today to let the store know the issue. The guy that answered was really nice but I gelt like I was dismissed about the situation.

All the tables were dirty but I was the only eat in guest. The servers were really nice. No one was in a rush to clean up at all. The food was really good though.
TERRIBLE AND I HIGHLY RECOMMEND NOT EATING HERE! A child of one of the employees was dancing on top of the table without shoes, climbing over the table, and putting her hands in the salsa. Highly unprofessional and unsanitary!

My tofu bowl was SO good today. I walked in near closing and was still greeted. And everything made it into my order. I will order from this Moe’s again.Vegetarian options: They offer tofu as a protein option!

This is the worst Moe's I've been to. I've been three times and it has been the same way. The serving area is never clean and they are always out of something. Lettuce is in the guac, cilantro in the sour cream, and they still scoop it out without a care. Wipe the area down and at least make the food look appetizing. Clean the whole area behind the counter from the floor to the food area.
