young lady at the front with long brown hair during the night wasn’t interactive. we weren’t greeted or asked if we needed anything. the only thing she said to us the whole time we were their was our total. i work in the food industry didn’t feel welcomed at all.

I asked the cashier if the apple fritter cookie has apple chunks inside it like an original apple fritter does. She said yes. I took a bite and it did not have apple chunks. I asked for a refund, but as the cashier was processing the refund, she found difficulties with the computer and called the owner to assist in the refund and the owner told the cashier not to process the refund. I heard the cashier accept responsibility for giving me false information. She stated that the cookie only has dehydrated apples, which quite frankly it did not have that; the cookie was all dough and icing and tastes horrible. I get my nails done across the street all the time. I also get a cookie at the same time. I will now, never come back as this is now the 3rd or 4th time they did not have the blueberry cookie and trying a new cookie was an unfortunate experience. The owner is cheap and unwise. She lost a regular customer over a $4 cookie. It's the principal that matters, don't mess with a penny of my money. Provide a product with accurate descriptions.

Cookies are 10/10. Quality ingredients and superior taste. Favorite flavors are chocolate chip walnut, smores and oatmeal raisin. People are complaining about the price, and I get it, but as a point of reference it is annoying to pay 70% of price at Kroger or Publix for off the shelf cookies or even their own bakery dept cookies that come no where close to MC taste or quality and are downright terrible. Sometimes, a bargain is not worth it.
The cookies are phenomenal. I was a Crumbl girl until I discovered the perfectly baked, buttery goodness with crisped edges & a soft, warm gooey center, truly a Munster craving! I am SOLD! Literally exactly how I prefer my cookies, mastered! Take my money every week! ??

Cookies are really good. They are soft and not overly sweet. I like them all but my daughter loves the snikerdoodle and my bf love the smores. I also like that they make signature cookies each month and change up the flavors. They are only served on the weekend, tho. The cookies are really inexpensive too!
