After visiting Yes Eventz, we stopped by Monster Cravings next door, and I’m so glad we did! Their cookies are huge and so soft and flavorful. Each bite was rich without being too sweet, and you can tell they use quality ingredients. It’s the perfect little sweet treat stop, whether you’re grabbing a dessert after an event or just treating yourself.

Cookies are okay! But a bit overpriced for a basic cookie . Stuff was sweet the experience was good but due to the pricing might not come back

I grasp that a small shop like this only makes but so many cookies a day, but this is twice.
I guess this is better when than the time I showed up about 20 minutes before closing... And the doors were locked... With a girl inside who could see us... But didn't even acknowledge us let alone open the door.
I have to imagine keeping a small business open is tough, but That's three times I've shown up during business hours, and neither gotten nothing or not gotten what I was looking for.
Go ahead and treat your customers poorly. If that's your business model, I understand.
You do make good cookies though.

Cookies are okay if overpriced. Staff acted like they didn't want us there and at that price point, I'm happy to oblige and go elsewhere.

The cookies are good, but it's sort of a weird experience. The staff are always pretty cold, there's no drinks to buy to go with cookies, and no plates or anything if you want to eat there. You also have to go kind of into the back area to find a trash can. On our way out we got scolded for not pushing our stools back in straight enough which was extremely off-putting.

The cookies were good . However, the experience was completely ruined by the female cashier’s terrible attitude. She was rude and unprofessional, which made the visit very unpleasant. Customer service is just as important as the product, and sadly, this place failed in that area.
