The service has been a little spotty lately . I frequent here but will probably drive a littler further to a different location. Definitely not happy with the closing cashier or who ever answered the phone tonight, 3/14. I’ve been calling for two days I guess they just refuse to answer their phones now a days .

Today I am eating at Newks and experienced exceptional customer service by Ms. Octavia. I would highly recommend coming to this restaurant and having the privilege of meeting Ms. Octavia. She exudes exceptional customer service.

I love Newks. I use to eat at Newks a lot until I realized how expensive they are. Why is Newks so expensive?!? I literally spend $25 every visit for a salad and half sandwich. I used to get emails for specials which were always useless. They expire fast and were never for something good like a free meal or half off. I had to resign up and start from scratch because they stopped sending emails... Newks needs better and faster rewards. At the location I frequent, the staff is super nice, my girl Kira, with the green hair always provides me with the best service so I do enjoy eating here but they need to stop the highway robbery with the prices. I like that it's very clean and they have a hand wash area for people like me that always washes their hands before eating but hates having to enter an entire bathroom to do it. All eateries need that. Designer was probably a germaphob like me. But that's my favorite thing about this location as well. Not sure if they all have that. I feel like Perimeter doesn't.

I eat here often, especially at the Tucker location and the serving staff is always accurate, processional and accommodating. It is always a clean environment. My position is that if it's clean for the table customers then it primarily follows that the food is prepared in a safe and healthy manner. I feel safe here.

I received the best customer service from Tobey and the manager Reggie! I am vegan with a dairy and egg allergy and ordered an item which I thought would be fine. After I had ordered, Tobey took it upon himself to confirm with the kitchen to make sure there were no dairy or egg products, and caught my error. The manager Reggie was so kind in making sure I had a filling meal to eat with my sister and prepared something off-menu. I have gone to higher end restaurants that were not accommodating to my dietary restrictions even when with a party of 20+ people. I very much appreciated their kindness and excellent service!

I love Newks! I go into the office 1-2 times a week and I come here for lunch. Today I left my wallet at the office and hoped they accepted mobile pay. They do not at the register but I was able to pay on the mobile app with Apple Pay and let them know I'd like to eat in. The staff was very understanding and accommodating. I pretty much get the lobster bisque everytime and sometimes I'll get a salad. It was really good out today so I'm happy I was able to pay digitally and not have to go elsewhere.
