Wonderful experience and food! Met the chef/owner, she seemed very nice and invested in her restaurant, the waiter Shawn was great and easy to talk to, and most importantly, the food was delicious - definitely was steps above what you tend to get going to your average asian restaurant out there - we'll be going back!

The food, the ambiance and attentive service are a cut above. I love their delicate and delicious food, so many items are my favorites, most especially the shrimp masaman! The restaurant is tastefully decorated and presents a tranquil and elegant atmosphere. Definitely one of my favorite restaurants!!

The food was too oily and all you taste is that. I couldn’t even have more than few bites.

This was my first, and will be my last, experience at Northlake Thai. I placed a to go order after several personal recommendations. I returned home to find the food was not what I ordered, and not something I could "eat anyways" due to dietary restrictions. I called to request a refund and the gentleman answering the phone said he would fix it if I came back over. Unfortunately my neighbor had just arrived at my house and I could not return to the restaurant. Honestly, I feel they should have delivered the correct order to me. I called back after my neighbor left to request a refund since I couldn't make it back before closing and the same guy said, "she said I can't give you a refund, I can make the order again but I can't refund your money." The she he is referring to is the owner, WHO PREPARED MY ORDER INCORRECTLY, and is unwilling to refund $18 for a meal that I cannot eat. I have no idea if the food is good, but I can tell you the customer service is poor and for that reason I will not give them a second try.

In my attempt to get back to life before 2020, I decided to eat out by myself for lunch. I like trying new places and word around the office was this place was nice, if not a bit expensive. It was just me, so I decided to splurge. Now, they do not have a lunch menu. So regardless of when you come, you'll get the dinner menu. It doesn't state it on the menu, but I guess every entree comes with a spring roll, a lettuce only salad, and a fried wonton. You can get the appetizers from any grocery store freezer section. In fact, I would not be surprised if they did. This was the blandest Pad Thai I ever had. It wasn't salty, it wasn't spicy, it wasn't savory, it wasn't even tasty. It was BLAND. Even the bean sprouts on top looked they were pulled from a container and placed on as a garnish afterwards. It was just .... bad. And calories are too hard to burn to use them on bad food.

Best Thai food I have ever had! My mom and I shared tempura fried oysters, minced chicken salad, satay and Bangkok fried rice which came with a spring roll and pork dumpling also fried. Everything was amazing! A restaurant with a boring name but such excellent food!!!!

We've been regular customers for years. Last night was exceptional, the curries, Pud Thai and Mango Chicken were exceptional. Not noisy and very good service as always. 3 cheers!!!!

This is a hidden gem in the neighborhood. Please don't pass on the opportunity to drop in to this family-owned business. You won't be disappointed. Even if you've had thai at other places, this one is authentic and consistently offers quality food preparations that are FAR above the rest.

If you want an expensive and American version of Thai food, this is the place to come. The food tastes bad and it's quite expensive. I wouldn't recommend dining here. It's the worst Asian restaurant I've ever been to. This appetizer cost $12. It is just four sliced duck meat (two in each) inside a bun.

Never have I ever seen a Thai restaurant screw up vegetable fried rice. They served me white rice and a plastic take out tray of stir fry veggies in sauce.. I was like is this a make it yourself situation?Their response when I called was to just bring it back……..You should really be crediting me, not asking to drive back.Unacceptable and I understand why not a soul was in this establishment. Good luck.
