Nothing Bundt Cakes

I definitely think they should put samples out. I got the Dove cake for Valentines Day and it was awful.

I visited this location today and Asyia truly made my day. I asked for a flavor that I thought was sold out, but she took the time to check the back and found one for me. She was so kind, helpful, and patient. I really appreciate her customer service. Every time I come to this location, I’ve had a great experience.

Upon entering the bakery, the cashier was very friendly and attentive, which I appreciated. However, while I was being rung up, I repeatedly heard someone sneezing nearby. The first time I ignored it, the second time I looked around to see where it was coming from, and by the third time I asked who was sneezing. The response felt brushed off.

It appeared that the sneezing was coming from a child in the space. Although this made me uncomfortable, I still purchased the peppermint cake I came for, as I wait for it to return every year. Unfortunately, after eating about half of the cake, I began sneezing repeatedly and later became sick.

I completely understand that childcare isn’t always available, and I empathize with parents who need to bring their children to work. That said, having a visibly sick child sneezing around exposed food is a serious health concern. For that reason, I won’t be returning to this location.

If I could give them no stars I would. I arrived to the store before closing time. Aiden was cleaning up the lobby. He came to the door and unlocked it mind you it was before 7pm. I’m not sure why would an employee take it upon himself to close the store before business hours. He said we’re close I said it’s not 7pm he said I know but I have to close. First off sir you don’t close an establishment before closing time. My son was extremely sad because we drove over 30 mins to purchase a few cakes. We couldn’t because Aiden closed before business hours.

Nice facility and Aiden was helpful and friendly.

Aidan completed my son’s birthday! I got off work late, but he hung on for a few extra minutes after closing to make sure my son had an amazing cake on his birthday. Thank you Aidan!!!

I kept seeing the Biscoff ad for the seasonal Bundt cake flavor, so while out running errands, I decided to stop by this location. Upon entering, there were lemon flavor samplers — one of my favorites — which was such a nice surprise!

The Biscoff Bundt cake was topped with a Biscoff cookie, and the icing flavor was sweet and rich. It was definitely delicious, but a little too sweet to finish in one sitting, so I saved the rest for later. The location itself is really inviting and well-kept, though it’s not a dine-in spot.

Overall, a sweet treat worth trying if you’re a fan of Biscoff or seasonal flavors!

Kadance was phenomenal in customer service! On Monday I ordered a 8in cake and on today ( Wednesday), I was craving alittle cinnamon so I decided to try the new Biscoff bunt! Well I saw that my order would be ready by 2:49pm and did not notice that the website sent a error code during payment..it was a long day for me and I have a knee injury so when I arrived I was exhausted and so ready to get home. After not being able to find my ordered, she went as far as walking me to car where my phone was to check my app..This young Lady was exceptionally kind, informative and passionate about making sure I got my order completed! Most New age young adults talk low, have attitude, have no respect for elders and are dismissive no matter gender pr ethnicity!!!..This beautiful young African American young lady was profoundly operating in true excellence!!!..I see you young CEO, WORK IT LIKE ITS YOUR'S! Its surely coming to you in whatever form you need it! Best purchase yet so far this year!!!

Very friendly. Young black lady with bright eyes was extremely helpful in getting my preorder to me 20 minutes ahead of schedule. Great customer service. Store is always clean.

I placed an online order for Seasonal Flavor 12 bundtini but was given Signature Assortment. My husband picked it up so I did not know until I have it the next day, I then tried to call them at 4:45PM on Sunday 9/7 but no one pick up?!?

What should I do to get this resolved?

I went for the seasonal strawberry cheesecake on Friday 8/8 around 4:30 p.m. and the cashier advised that they did not have any. I asked if they were sold out for the day and she replied “ No, they’re gone”. The nothing Bundt website states that they are available in stores until 8/10. I called the Snellville location and they are still selling them.

Had a great experience here. I was slightly concerned bc of some of the reviews but the cake was perfectly moist and delicious! Kiki was excellent, she was able to accommodate me with a last minute change with my cake order! Her customer service was superb and I wanted to take a moment to recognize her!

This has always been my favorite NBCs location in terms of quality and service; however, yesterday's visit was quite disappointing. Something definitely went wrong with the white chocolate raspberry bake..it was wet, gummy, and did not rise (you can see that the flat cake does not even reach the lip of the container... wish I had also taken a picture of the bottom of the container it was so wet). We also tried the key lime and there was such a chemical taste to it, it was inedible. The young woman at the front did not offer the kind of service I'm used to there and could answer no questions...she just kept saying 'I don't know.. I'm new.' The only cake that was normal and good was the strawberry's and cream. But out of 4 cakes purchased, it was a big let down. Don't know what happened yesterday, but it was not what I have come to expect from that location.

Has inflation affected the size of the bundtlets?? If so, I won’t be back.

The size of these has shrunk. The last time I got one, the bundlets almost touched the top of the containers.

Also, what happened with the customer service? During my entire transaction, I didn’t get a warm greeting, a smile, or a “welcome back.” The interaction was stale and forced.

I had a great experience! The owner and the employee who assisted me were so kind and helpful. And I was able to get exactly what I wanted—a strawberries and cream bundtlet without the frosting. ❤️
