O'Charley’s Restaurant & Bar

The dinner rolls are to die for! That's the best part of this place. The low country shrimp wad good. The shrimp was cooked perfectly and I liked the fresh tomatoes in the sauce. Spinach and artichoke dip was good as well. I've ordered their salads to go and they were delicious. I'd definitely recommend and return.

This place is great! Our waiter Amiri was awesome and made our visit so much better. The food came out fast and fresh. Yummy In my tummy!

Food was pretty good. We had a large group. Some had to wait awhile,for their meals but our server got ours out quickly and was very attentive.

The good was delicious. The wait was pretty typical of mothers day but not so much with the back half of the restaurant empty and employees standing around having personal conversations. When finally seated the air conditioning was coming down so hard and cold that we wound up getting to go boxes and taking the food home to eat. It was that uncomfortable. Again we enjoyed the food, the environment was just not comfortable at all. I've never had to actually get the waiter to pack my food to go because the seating and temperature was uncomfortable.

We like this place! Tasty, not too loud) perfect for us!

We used to eat here every week, but the food got worse over time. We go to Chili's now and don't miss O'Charley at all!!

Good food, friendly and helpful staff. However, I like a good draft beer with my meal and their draft system has been off for nearly a year now. Poor carbonation and poorly handled beer. Avoid the draft beer at all costs. For me personally, two stars...but beer may not be as important to everyone.

Eight of us went after church today and all of us commented on how good our food was. My husband had the tilapia and I had the cedar plank salmon. The others had breakfast and everything was great. We had the best waiter. He is amazing! He is able to memorize everyone's order. Even with eight people. We will definitely be back. It wasn't crowded either and there was no wait to be seated!

My family and I went to this location to celebrate my sister's birthday. The service was amazing. Our waitress was very helpful and she didn't miss a beat! She paid attention to detailed and checked on us often. She bought all of our food and drinks at the same time. The food was great! Not to mention it was Free Pie Wednesday. Visiting O'Charley's is become a birthday celebration tradition. I have no complaints.

The food was great! The district manager Lisa and my waitress Miriam were outstanding! They had nothing on the menu that I wanted but the manager made sure that I didn't walk out that door on a empty stomach! My drink was on point and my dish was fantastic! Thank you ladies for taking care of an exhausting lady!!!

The customer service here is fantastic! Our server AJ was awesome - very attentive, personable, friendly and just the best server I have had at any restaurant in a long time! The GM Lisa came out to greet and welcome us to O'Charley's and thanking us for dining with them. Our food came out in a timely fashion and the portions were more than enough to fill up on. Everyone we encountered. were friendly and helpful. This was our first time eating here and it won't be our last. 5

I visited this location for as a pretty birthday celebration. The Nawlins alcoholic beverage had a nice mixed taste, and my burger and fries were pretty good. I was also given a free slice of cheesecake for my birthday. Kudos on that part! I could have tolerated a more professional waiter.
