Seriously, this place has the best barbeque in Tucker, if not all of Atlanta! They also serve breakfast and lunch items that are not prepared on the pit and everything is absolutely delicious. I started coming here for a work events where I would order large portions of items for pick-up to serve approximately 40 employees for breakfast. The smoked bacon is always a hit, and the biscuits are huge and tasty, the sausage gravy and grits are also devoured. The staff has always been super friendly and accommodating and as this is a large order, they make sure I have place settings, plastic ware and plenty of jelly and butter. But, personally I come here for everything else. The baby back ribs are fall off the bone amazing, the barbeque sauce is on point and their sides are incredible. A charming, friendly, family atmosphere with wonderful customer service. You won't leave disappointed.

My husband and I ordered the chopped chicken sandwiches.The onion rings were ordered as an appetizer, but was served with the entree.On several occasions, we heard the servers complaining about diners and their sections getting filled at 8:00 PM. Not a pleasant atmosphere.The food was good and served hot.

You could enough you could not have asked for a better place to be served. I have been going to them for more than two years. They are more than willing to make yourMeal enjoyable. The few times that they have been a disagreement with the mail. It has been quickly resolved. I recommend this restaurant to anyone thank you

Vegetarian options: I have been to Hickory House, many times and the people serving the tables, bend over backwards for you and they are very friendly. The food is always good and if a customer has a problem with anything management is quick to resolve it. The prices are good also So I would encourage any and everybody to come

If you’re looking for good Baby back ribs, this is the place to go. Meat is very tender and delicious. Variety of side dishes. I had the beans and the greens both are very good , so is their Brunswick stew. As desert I can recommend their Apple cobbler with vanilla ice cream. The staff is always very friendly here.

Natural Queen
I ordered the ribeye 11oz steak and it was good, I didn’t need a knife. I also had a baked potato with coleslaw as the other side. I have no complaints, I’ll be back again also my order came up very fast too. I looked at the menu and breakfast looks good so I’ll definitely be ordering again.

Went there two times because I was working in that area. The first time I got wings they were okay they weren't like their specialty they were supposed to be like smoked wings but I didn't taste any smoke on it. Second time I went I got the vegetable plate which I was surprised to see that they came in individual cups instead of on the plate in the plate which made it a smaller portion but it was pretty tasty.

The real deal in Atlanta barbecue. Their house made slow simmered sauce on hickory fired meats is the best in town. Cant go wrong with a couple of pounds of chopped and/or sliced pork to go. Really good burgers too. There's a reason they've been around 60 years.
