I went to the store on Saturday evening. When I came to order, the steam table server, Nisha, gave me an unfriendly look and walked away without saying anything — WHAT KIND of SERVICE IS THAT? Fortunately, I believe the new manager, Jet, saw what happened and immediately stepped in to take my order. He sincerely apologized and made me feel much better. He is very professional, respectful, and provides much better customer service. Because of him, I gave a 5-star review!
I have been visiting this store for many years and have seen many different managers. The new young manager Jet, is the most enthusiastic and energetic when it comes to serving customers. He knows how to greet everyone with a sweet smile and engage with each customer. He is also very patient in listening to feedback, and every time I return, I can notice improvements.
Since the new manager, Jet, started, the service at the Tucker location has improved a lot. He personally goes from table to table, talking to and serving every customer. The other manager, Nga, always shows a dirty look and has a rude attitude whenever we ask for something with our order.
