The staff here was great. Mysean , Tyree ,jermel , and Jacob were really helpful and remade my order. The manager on duty syon, was super helpful in making sure it got done.

Ordered Tuscan six cheese bread at 1030pm , eta said 45 mins did not get here until almost 1am! I called several times and the lady kept saying they are on their way.... Hours later delivery guy gets here with some cold order of cheesy bread made wrong idk how but this is now over 2 hours later and they asked if I wanted to keep because store is closing and they couldn't do a remake due to ovens being turned off.... Smh waste of time. 0/10 would not recommend.

If I could leave 0 stars, I would. First off, my order was marked as “finished” long before it was actually ready. When I arrived, I ended up waiting nearly 40 minutes for just one pepperoni and one cheese pizza. Once I went inside, the experience got worse the employees were loudly arguing with each other and talking on their phones while customers were standing around waiting for their orders. Completely unprofessional and disappointing service all around. I will not be returning

Honestly this pizza location has shifted in better pizza quality over the last year or two. Not too thick crust as you would assume with the usual Papa Johns, though about 30% of the time too thick. Interesting promotions never doing too much, friendly staff, decent customer service, and clean pizzeria. Other pizzerias I've noticed either overcharge for the sit-in atmosphere or something hipster/trendy. I'm so grateful this location is still running.

I ordered a medium pizza two of town and didn’t know the crust come thin only the large has the regular thick crust. The manager politely apologized and offer to make it over and said we can keep the other pizzas. I appreciate the customer service

Deliver my pizza missing half the ingredients on it call them back stuck on hold told them they screwed up the pizza ask them for a credit. They give me some bullshit name. I can’t pronounce to call back tomorrow and we’ll correct it for you. I called Back a second time they didn’t know what I was talking about. The manager‘s name didn’t exist so I’m gonna dispute the charges cause I didn’t get what I ordered. Never order from them again what a scam.
