Ordered four pizzas for my crew at work. When i got there they said it was for 10am and not 10pm. They were showed the confirmation email and asked how fast they could remake the order. He stated they couldn't make the order until it was paid for again and then raised the price from 42 dollars to 70 while he was holding the receipt. He then said he did not appreciate being rushed. No apology for the mess up. Just accused me of putting the wrong time in online. This is a dishonest immoral company. Please do not order from here.

Food is usually good but Door locked at 9:30 pm - came to pick up online order and had to go thru a drive thru. Never have I ever seen a drive thru on a pizza place - on top of that if u have to lock the door it must not be safe to come here - I don’t understand it - it’s very disrespectful and disturbing to me - it’s unwelcoming- I won’t be coming here again for u to make me wait in line when I ordered ahead - the experience provided is not worth my money - also no plates- what pizza place doesn’t have plates???

I would eat grub worms out of the parking lot before I gave this place my business!! Went to pick up an online order scheduled for pickup at 10pm and they made it at 10am and trashed it. They didn’t even cancel the order! Tried to get them to remake it when I arrived at 10pm and the guy told me he didn’t like being rushed!! He made me cancel the previous online order for a refund and said he had to ring it all up again but wouldn’t give me the $22 online discount. He expected me to pay for THEIR screw-up!! This is the worst customer service I have seen in my adult life!!

Ok so the atmosphere is cookie stamped standard 1984 Papa John's, but the way the team there worked together- even sang along with the music - made up for it. Great place for take out or delivery.
Parking: Drive thru is for pick up only. I called ahead and there was only one car in front of me.
Wheelchair accessibility: Very easy access and the staff helps carry out your food for you.
I placed my order online, when I arrived my order was ready. The pizza was good.

I ordered a pizza to go. It was a stuffed crust pizza with mushrooms. The sauce was fine and the crust ok. We just couldn’t really enjoy the stuffed crust. The cheese was not melted and it was very doughy. My grandkids didn’t really like it. They are cheese lovers! Other than that it was ok.

Closed early and is canceling people's orders they make online. I'm an Uber eats delivery driver and I got the request for the pickup 10 minutes ago. They're closing more than 40 minutes before the time listed online while allowing people to still order. Bd customer service as well.
