Deliver my pizza missing half the ingredients on it call them back stuck on hold told them they screwed up the pizza ask them for a credit. They give me some bullshit name. I can’t pronounce to call back tomorrow and we’ll correct it for you. I called Back a second time they didn’t know what I was talking about. The manager‘s name didn’t exist so I’m gonna dispute the charges cause I didn’t get what I ordered. Never order from them again what a scam.

Overall take: go to Enzo’s, a local owned pizza place across the street from this location. They have customer service! And pizza.

Anyways talk about a location TANKING! We’d been going here for fast food pizza for the last several years and the location has become horrifically understaffed. And the few people who do work there very clearly do not care about customer service and surely are not paid enough to give a crap. I ordered a pizza on the app, went to pick it up when the app said it was ready, and was told that they received a 30 pizza order with no advance warning and my one pizza had not been started and would be pushed to the end of orders. They told me to come back in 15 minutes, I came back in 20, they said my pizza was being boxed up and to do a loop and come back. So I did a loop and came back and a new person told me there was a 30 order pizza and the person was standing in the lobby putting pressure on them so my pizza wasn’t made yet. I waited another 30 minutes in the parking lot and went into the store to pick up my one pizza and the woman wouldn’t acknowledge me. I looked at the screens and didn’t see my order on any of the screens, and I asked the other people in there if they had received their 30 pizza order yet. No one in there had ordered 30 pizzas. In the 15 minutes I stayed in the store, 7 door dashers came in and got orders of 2-10 pizzas. I asked one more time if my pizza was on any of the tickets and the woman walked away saying no. She had no intention to make the pizza.

My best guess is they probably gave my pizza to someone else. My name is generic, it was one singular pizza, and they did not care about one person’s one pizza.

My fault for waiting around so long. I should have cut my losses after half an hour, not an hour and a half after the latest ready time. The pizza wasn’t even showing up on my app anymore.

No one offered to help me, make my pizza, explain what happened, or honestly even address me. There were three workers to the five door dashers waiting to pick up orders and myself in the lobby.

We started going to this location because the papa John’s in Decatur locks their doors when they are behind on orders and I thought that wasn’t good customer service, but actually I would prefer the acknowledgement that they aren’t able to take on the amount of orders with the staff they had and stop taking orders than just .. whatever I experienced today.

So here’s to hoping the dispute on my credit card goes through and I get my money back.

I orders a pizza yesterday from here of DoorDash the buy one get one free special and I was delivered a pizza with a kids toothbrush inside of my pizza ! I’ve called the store they told me they would remake order and give refund but that’s not enough justice. This is outrageous an unacceptable . I’m not sure what is going on at this location but I’ve asked manager to run cameras back and see exactly whether they made a mistake or the door dash had. Simply to be told they will just refund my money ! I need corporate to contact me as soon as possible.

Called several days prior to place a big order and gave specific instructions for this order. The day of pickup, order was not ready, and there were only two employees there trying to complete 3 big orders. I had to sit and wait as the young lady prepared over 25 plus pizzas. Supply and demand are no longer part of reputable businesses' cultures. It defeated the purpose of calling the order in days before if you weren't going to accommodate the customers request/need. Also, hire some people. Two people trying to do it all is ridiculous 🙄!!

I placed an order for my work team around 9 AM I sent for it to be picked up at 12:15 PM. I arrive at 12:20. The pizza is not ready. The people there told me they had not even started on my order yet. They told me it’s gonna be 15 minutes, ok cool. I go back out in my car and wait. I come back 15 minutes later it’s still not ready. Overall, I don’t get the pizza until 12:45 PM. My team and I only get one hour for lunch And this cut heavy into hour lunch hour And we did not really have time to eat before we had to go back to work. I ordered one large pepperoni and one large cheese Along with some breadsticks, but when I got back to work I realized they Gave me two pepperoni pizzas, which typically would not be a problem, but I have a coworker who cannot eat pepperoni due to an allergy to pork So she was not able to eat. On top of that They gave us some coupons However, all of the coupons expired on April 27, 2025. Nobody apologized Nobody had a sense of urgency.

Oy!! The dough is not cooked all the way. The grease just dripped off the pizza like oil out of a car when dropping the drain plug. I made that mistake twice. Trust me. Eat the picture instead. The paperclip would taste better.
