When I came to the pizze shop a employee was talking very ride to me and wouldn't let us order

I placed an order for my work team around 9 AM I sent for it to be picked up at 12:15 PM. I arrive at 12:20. The pizza is not ready. The people there told me they had not even started on my order yet. They told me it’s gonna be 15 minutes, ok cool. I go back out in my car and wait. I come back 15 minutes later it’s still not ready. Overall, I don’t get the pizza until 12:45 PM. My team and I only get one hour for lunch And this cut heavy into hour lunch hour And we did not really have time to eat before we had to go back to work. I ordered one large pepperoni and one large cheese Along with some breadsticks, but when I got back to work I realized they Gave me two pepperoni pizzas, which typically would not be a problem, but I have a coworker who cannot eat pepperoni due to an allergy to pork So she was not able to eat. On top of that They gave us some coupons However, all of the coupons expired on April 27, 2025. Nobody apologized Nobody had a sense of urgency.

Oy!! The dough is not cooked all the way. The grease just dripped off the pizza like oil out of a car when dropping the drain plug. I made that mistake twice. Trust me. Eat the picture instead. The paperclip would taste better.

Don't buy pizza from this location and expect your order that was placed an hour and a half ago to arrive any where near the planned drop off period. Horrible service and they use Door Dash not their own drivers.

This was a well-run Papa John's very clean very organized and everyone was very friendly working hard on super bowl I was very impressed with the service and the quality of the pizza it was delicious!!

I ordered garden fresh pizza, pineapple instead of olives, with Philly cheesesteak. ...They forgot the meat. I had to pay extra for that too. When I try to call I just get a looped automated system.

Ordered four pizzas for my crew at work. When i got there they said it was for 10am and not 10pm. They were showed the confirmation email and asked how fast they could remake the order. He stated they couldn't make the order until it was paid for again and then raised the price from 42 dollars to 70 while he was holding the receipt. He then said he did not appreciate being rushed. No apology for the mess up. Just accused me of putting the wrong time in online. This is a dishonest immoral company. Please do not order from here.
