During my visit to Piccadilly this afternoon, I was met with a less-than-welcoming attitude by one of the staff members. She was engaging in a confrontational manner with everyone who approached the sign-in area. Unfortunately, I didn't catch her name, but she was short, stocky and had gray braids. Very rude! Please don't have her out front next year🤷🏽‍♀️

Thankfully, Ms. Brenda stepped in to manage the situation when the pick-up orders became overwhelming. She greeted everyone with a warm greeting and provided assistance with everyone's order. I was thoroughly impressed with her service. Thank you Ms. Brenda for your hospitality.👑🌹🏆

Vegetarian options: Ms. Brenda was very pleasant. Keep her out front to greet the customers. The other lady needs to stay in the back.

It was a good place but they have rude people like the guy with glasses who looked like he was the cook. Making comments to you saying look like you are ready to eat and laughing. Noticably he was the only one laughing. He seemed like he was on drugs or something..not sure. But very poor customer service

Food is always fresh. I live near the South Dekalb location, but I travel 30 plus minutes because their food is better.

Fish was hard on outside raw on inside I spent almost 40 dollars very disappointed

It's folksy American food. It makes you feel like you're at home.
