The 4286 Chamblee Tucker Rd, Tucker, GA 30084 location has become my #1 nearby Pizza Hut, especially after too many dismal experiences at the 6050 Singleton Rd #109, Norcross, GA 30093 location. Each staffperson I've encountered has been positive, and my orders have been correct and good.

It was so overcooked that everything was too hard to bite into or eat.

Waited on hold for 15 Minutes to get an explanation why my "Delivered at 8:59" order was not delivered.
Only to be hung up on immediately without a word.

Drive up to the store to be told it takes 30 minutes for food to get delivered (Ordered at 8:30), got to the store at 9:30 only to be told my food was just now getting to my door an hour late and 30 minutes after it had already been delivered.

Had they been trained on how to use the phone system and interact with a customer whose food they claimed to delivered, this review wouldn't be needed.

The entire staff is incompetent. Incorrect pizzas are being made. Customer service will lie to you. Management (47 year old man/lady; I couldn't necessarily identify their gender. Absolute weirdo/creepy vibes!) told us that we were lied to by whomever we talked to initially! I picked up an online order that my wife submitted. I was given the wrong pizza because I was unaware of what she ordered. She called about the pizza being wrong and was told a credit would be put on her account. She called about the credit and the manager told her she was lied to.

PAULA is the worst manger ever she's extremely rude and doesn't know how to give good customer service. She also seems to be an addict and was very on edge and acted like she was high on something like meth or rock, super jumpy n weird behaving and very rude and not professional at all, definitely needs to get fired she doesn't belong in the food industry if she doesn't know how to act and is a terrible manger. Plus the fact that she was obviously high on the job makes it more likely that i won't be spending money at this location. The girl up front name Katie was terrible as well n is why I asked for the manger in the first place and she seemed to not be doing her job and was on her phone the whole time she also seems to be on drugs as well. No wonder she wasn't giving proper service at all since she wasn't even coherent in the first place. I wanted to speak to the manger about this but she was also on the same energy and weird video with alot of attitude and a very unprofessional tone. I can't believe they hire people like this here. I just told her I wanted a large specialty pizza with stuff crust and she kept asking me to repeat myself and I did five times. She then started to act weird and I was patient with her assuming she may have a disability but the further we interacted the more I noticed that was not the case and she was just in drugs. You can do whatever you need to in your own time but to come to work literally incoherent is unacceptable and very unprofessional. Then to top it off the manger Paula behaved the same and was also incoherent. So sad to see and even after repeating my order she still didn't get the stuff crust on the pizza and ruined my dinner! I repeated it possible more than five times and asked her to repeat it back but she literally didn't and gave me an attitude first when I asked. I was professional and nice and patient with Katie and Paula. I behaved like a person with sanity while these two acted up, I made a comment to report this to the corporate and
is up front but I didn't catch her name but regardless I can't come here anymore to deal with people like this.

can I just say the service here is HORRIBLE, I talked to a girl over the phone and she had a attitude and literally ended the call while I was talking .

How to file a claim, no one responds, they charged me for a pizza that I never received, they said they would refund me the original payment and nothing, now no one responds, they are irresponsible. It seems like it is a fraud between employees, I just want the money.

Got delivery, and the pizza was bland with barely any sauce. No flavor and just blah. I'm very disappointed, and I have had far better frozen pizza.

I was not impressed with this location at all. My breadsticks were burned. Pizza over cooked. Whole meal ruined. Waited a long time for order to recieve this. This place needs improvement or shut it down..
