My kids get pizza every Friday and no matter how busy the woman is that works there, she’s always on time and provides good service. I swear she works everyday because even when I go for myself (personal pan) she’s there. Shes doing a great job and should be recognized. If you have any issues, be patient and grateful that she shows up for work.

They led us to believe our order was on the way, but two hours after the order was placed they claimed it was canceled. They finally delivered it almost three hours later, but the pizza dough was slightly undercooked and my autistic son's pizza had the wrong toppings on it.

Had order ahead online so I could pick up on the way back home from work. I had my pick-up time set for 7:30 PM that night. Did not arrive until 15 minutes after my initial pick-up time which should have gave them ample time to complete order. Went inside to pick-up to only find out that they did not fully complete the order. The cook conveniently forgot to make our second pizza. I maybe complaining about having to wait an extra 10-15 minutes, but it was a wait that I shouldn't have to have waited for. What was the point in me ordering ahead and only to arrive with the order not completed? I appreciate the young lady in the front for trying staying calm and trying to make it right.

I ordered a pizza today, Dec. 23, 2023 from the pizza hut in Tucker and it was terrible. The pizza tasted very metallic as if the oven is rusted or not clean. I pray that my family doesn't get sick or have lead poisoning. The lead taste from the pizza was so bad that I was still tasting the lead, 2 hours after only 2 bites of it ?. It's terrible if the manager isn't having the equipment professionally cleaned and causing customers to be fearful of being I'll from their restaurant. These are very unsafe and unhealthy conditions. If anyone eats at this location, before leaving, please taste the food to ensure you're not putting yourself or your family in danger of lead poisoning.

We placed a last minute order for a work meeting. As he was leaving, the driver called to ask if we needed plates and napkins. I said yes, I'd forgotten to ask for them. He went back to the store to get them before delivering our pizza on time, hot and prepared to order.
Food and Customer Service is great! Not just today, but every-time they never fail. Been a customer at least since 2013. I have never had a mix up no order made incorrectly. Ethan today made sure this was a breeze for me once again. The pizzas are always fresh, hot, and delicious
