For the life of me I don’t understand why they insist on serving one car at a time. They pull one car up. Serve them and you’re waiting at the speaker. Then when they pull you up you have to wait more because they are just now cooking your food. They always have an attitude and you pull up to a long line but all the workers are sitting in the lobby. I absolutely hate this location and it’s the closest to my house. Everytime I go I’m reminded why I would rather drive across town to a better location

One of the worst popeyes I've ever been to.Update 03/16/2024: And still is. I gave them a try last night and did a mobile order. Normally, I'll go to Greer Cir or Jimmy Carter locations, but this one is close to my house, and it was getting late. I placed my order around 10:50. I got there around 11:10. I was advised that the food was limited at the speaker when I told the attendant I did a mobile order. She said she didn't see it in the system, so I reiterated what I ordered. She made me park in the lot, didn't give a drink, followed by served the car behind me while I waited about 30 minutes. She then came out to the car and said they have no more food. From there I pulled back to the window for an explanation where she told me, "tell your customer that we don't have any more food, call Door dash." From there I told her, "it was a personal order and after waiting 40 mins you come and tell me there's no food but u served the person behind me?" I made an argument about at least getting my beverage and pulled off because with the giggles and laughs, I wasn't certain if my drink was spit in or not... avoid this place AT ALL COSTS!!! Take the extra drive to a different location because this place is horrible.

AFTER WAITING 20 MINUTES, I WALK IN TO GET A REFUND AND I SEE ONE CASHIER WORKING A GIRL ON HER PHONE IN THE KITCHEN AND THE DRIVE THRU PERSON HAD THE WORST ATTITUDE. SHE SAT THERE AND WATCHED THE CASHIER LADY DO ALL THE WORK. THEY ALSO BEGAN TO ARGUE IN FRONT OF CUSTOMERS. THIS IS A MGMT PROBLEM NOT AN EMPLOYEE PROBLEM. THOSE CHILDREN ARE NOT BEING MANAGED AND ARE ALLOWED TO FEEL COMFORTABLE NOT GIVING A DAMN. PLEASE HANDLE. I WILL BE REACHING OUT TO THE CHAMBER OF COMMERCE, BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU AND ANYONE ELSE I CAN FIND TO REPORT THIS MADNESS. IM NOT EVEN FROM THIS AREA. VERY DISAPPOINTED!

The night crew has to be incompetent. You have a simple job but can’t even do that right. I ordered a 4 pc combo and got 4 little chicken wings without my side. I ordered 25 chicken nuggets and a large mashed potato and didn’t get that either. Thank God they are not doctors. Come people, yall need to get it together.

On my lunch break. I ordered 5 piece tender combo. Tenders were not fresh, they were hard and huge. Not enjoyable at all. Go in to the store, ask to speak with the manager, a young lady says she is but the other lady Jessica says she is the manager, issues the refund. Kept asking if I wanted fresh tenders. I politely said no. The customer service in here is awful. Where is the world coming to. Just sad. I won’t be back here. Good sucks and the service.

I purchased the garlic parm and sweet and spicy wings, with a small fry. I was told that there was a 7 minite wait on the wings and asked to pull forward. 23 minutes later, they brought my order to the car.The sauce on the sweet and spicy was as expected, sweet and vinegary with a light kick of spice. The garlic parm sauce looked very unappealing and had a weird flavor.However, my problem with both is the actual chicken wings. Popeyes apparently uses the ghost pepper wings and just tossed them in the flavored sauce of your choosing. I assumed so because the wings were actually spicy and the actual meat was red.Finally, the fries were very overcooked and cold. I ended up throwing it all in the garbage. I can't eat spicy foods.I think Popeye's needs to market these wings differently and inform the customer that they are really just their ghost pepper wings
