Sam's Club Cafe

I have loved my local club and bought a large refrigerator March 19th - However, today is the 3rd time my refrigerator delivery did not take place… I have it in writing that my delivery was 4/11 … However, the say before I got a text it was rescheduled to 4/13 … yesterday I got a text with a delivery window between 3:30 - 7:30 At 5:40 I got a text asking if I was home… and saying he was over 2 hours away and needed to reschedule due to traffic! I called the number, he didn’t answer and left a message… He texted me and said, “text me” I did and begged him to please continue with my delivery…. No response I sent two more texts - no response Finally he sent another text simply saying “it’s already been rescheduled” I called Sam’s Club and I called XPO and was told they are located in Marietta, GA and they truck was returning. ANYONE LIVING IN ATLANTA would expect heavy traffic - especially during rush hour coming from Marietta to Stone Mountain… XPO and Sam’s Club have really proven that customer service means very little to them… yes, I saved some money but at 80 years old I’m not sure the savings is worth rescheduling my Holy Week schedule and needing to make due for my family coming for Easter… I can’t believe that customers mean so little … this isn’t the way Sam’s Club treated us when we joined over 30 years ago. I’m feeling so sad, I think I’ll go over to my local Sams and cancel my order… Bye

The prices are good, especially the gas $3.03 per gallon

Was just clued in today about the Scan and Go on the Sam’s app. I had it and didn’t even know it until today. The store was super busy, but I was able to scan my items and pay and was out of the door in less than 5 minutes. What a huge improvement.

Always crowded on weekend
