Darius makes one of the best Salted Caramel Cold Brews I’ve ever had—almost every time it’s perfect! His attention to detail and consistency truly stand out. Thanks for making my coffee runs so much better!
The drive through is EXTREMELY tight but this location has excellent baristas who've never gotten my order wrong.
Things are not as good as they were. Drinks are not as rich. For the price, I expect more.
Great customer service
I always like to buy here, but now I bought something and it wasn't dissolved properly. I told someone named Gabi and I spoke to her in Spanish, but she told me she didn't speak Spanish and was Hispanic. Poor thing, she forgets where she comes from.

Please address your uber eats pick up module. I ordered and my order was in preparing mode for over 30 minutes...3 drivers come to pick up order and they are being told summertime has already picked up the order. I never received my order and uber canceled it. Please come up with a better verification pick up system. Thanks
This place allows the public to come in with outside food and it smells!!! Instead of coffee its Hot wings and Chinese food smells and you don't even have to buy Starbucks just walk in and have a seat. Terrible, Management please do better,

Every time my mom and I come to this location, we always have a nice experience! We’re basically regulars and we go here to have our caffeine pick me ups 😁 I usually get the caramel ribbon crunch Frappuccino and my mom gets a pike coffee ☕️ a few staff members know exactly how I like my drink!
Vegetarian options: You can customize your order to not have any cow’s milk 🥛 in a drink (alternative options: oat milk, almond milk, soy milk, skim milk, etc). Food wise, you can get a snack that does not contain any meat.
Parking: You have to go earlier or later to get decent parking. However, I do keep in mind that it is a small space for the store to be located and the parking is going to be a bit tight.
Kid-friendliness: A lot of people bring their kids and family members here.
Wheelchair accessibility: They have a ramp in the front of the store for wheelchair users ♿️

Yea I came around 8:20pm, the girl with the bonnet is really rude (cashier in the drive thru) and got mad because they mess up MY drinks? She got loud for no reason & Tried to charge my boyfriend and auntie EXTRA for my order, which didn’t come out the way I always get it. Honestly it tasted really bad. But we kindly told her to remake it and she was clearly upset lol. I’m complaining about the customer service that was given. I’m a REGULAR, it’s always an attitude with this lady, I don’t get what her problem is but if she’s having a bad day at work, she shouldn’t be putting it out on the customers, respectfully. I spent my money here so I don’t get the issue on fixing my drink when it’s their job to do so but any other day every other employee is nice. Also wanted to add while this rude girl was yelling about remaking my drink, that was made horribly WRONG, she forgot to give me my cookie I ordered yikes.. so I had to drive back to the drive thru and a kind co worker handed me my cookie and apologized. I get miserable people give miserable energy but they really need to do better training for some employees about customer service.

I would like to think i was kind today and honestly I left the drive thru feeling hurt and sad because I heard one of the employees, what felt like complaining, about the difficulty of my drink because it threw her for a loop. Maybe it was her trying to save me money but the thing is as i kept thinking about i became frustrated bc my drink was straight apple juice. I was never asked if i wanted to strawberry base or not , it never was brought to my attention that because i asked for apple juice i couldn’t get the strawberry of a strawberry açaí. So i paid almost $6 to $8 on a drink i didn’t realize i was getting because ive ordered this drink at many other starbucks with no issue.
