I have never had a bad experience at this location. They do not constantly run out of mocha. They make my drink correctly. They greet and talk to all of the customers. My mobile order is always ready before I arrive. I wish all of your locations were like

I love this Starbucks! The coffee is exceptional (I typically get a caramel frappuccino) and sometime I'll get a snack or breakfast sandwich...More importantly, the dining area has great seating options and it's a great place to pull out a laptop and get some work done. When the weather cooperates, the outside seating is exemplary as well!Everyone in this location seems to get along and they treat the customers very well! 5-Stars all the way around!Parking: If you park near the drive-thru, go slow as you pull out... Otherwise, parking is a breeze!

Parking: Of course the service is friendly and efficient, the food is exactly what I want it to be(though it does cost a pretty penny compared to DD or my home coffee maker, but y’all already know that)The only (unlikely) downside of a visit here is the drive through — it’s very narrow and if a car breaks down in line, which has happened at least once, and if the patrons behind you in line cannot tell, it may have you stuck there for 45 minutes while everybody backs out

This was my first time personally going to a Starbucks...it was in honor of my BFF who was killed 2-yrs ago in a car accident today. She LOVED Starbucks, I ordered her favorite, "a Caramel Ribbon Crunch, venti, with extra caramel and extra crunch." You guys didn't disappoint, I'll be back ?

Honestly, I’m pretty sure in the last few months that I’ve been living here after moving back for a bit, they have not gotten my drink right even 1x without me having to send it back. Today was no different. And depending on the person at the window, they may have an attitude about it or they may not. Not all of staff is bad though. The service is generally good but there are like 2 individuals in particular that are at the window frequently whose attitudes are not welcoming. But to be honest, I can deal with their lack of good customer service if my drink order was properly made.

This is my local Starbucks that I frequent at but this morning figuratively left a bad taste in my mouth after being serviced by Kristin with the arm tattoo in the drive. While trying to be considerate about their drive thru time and patiently waiting I was met with attitude and annoyance when I asked about what time the store opens. (Online opening time says 6 am) And when mentioning it, the response was “ we’ve opened at 5:30 for 2 years now” delivered with straight attitude. Then when asking about the red cup event it seemed to be another annoyance. Honestly didn’t even want to ask for my receipt and prolong anymore conversation. This individual is snide , rude , and unpleasant. Worst customer service I’ve ever encountered at this location.
