Everyone has their preferences but some days I like to spend some time in Starbucks while working on a task or project.

Seemingly only a matter of time before this one shuts down. The last few times I've come here there always missing something. The last time I was here they didn't have enough ingredients to make the drink that I wanted. And the time before that they didn't have any fresh coffee available. Today, they didn't have any lids for their cups. So get this you buy a piping hot coffee only to burn yourself in the car every turn you make. Just doesn't seem like whoever is in charge of this location that they are interested in staying in business long-term. Terrible experience

Nicole at this location is absolutely wonderful. She brightens up my day with her smile and kind spirit. She has patience and helps me make another selection when this location is out if Pumpkin spice. Please share this with Nicole she is the best. We need more people like her in the world. Came in on a Saturday at 845am and was told they dont open for another 5 mins. Who opens at 850a? Also, online it says they are open at 8am everyday. Poor customer service. Several ppl waiting.. take their order!

Lena and Diana should be fired. First you admit your head is not at work and I had to repeat my order. Then when making one of my drinks you stare at the cup several times as if you couldn’t read. Then the kicker is my other drink is given to someone else. Instead of just remaking the drink you want to go around and around about who took the drink and questioning me as if I was lying. Then ask what was my name but my name was never asked when purchasing the starbucks because Lena head was in the clouds flirting with the previous customer. It takes an extra 15 minutes just to get my other drink that was given to someone else after being questioned over and over again as once again I was lying or with the other person who took the drink and was trying to get a free drink. It’s obvious from the reviews your customer service is terrible and I will never return as your workers are terrible and I was literally accused of lying.

It would be a wonderful starbucks if the employees didn't chase the customers. It was done in the AM and in 2 hours later. Come back and it was repeated the same thing . One customer left in the morning because of the two employees having issues and then in the afternoon the same thing. And then it took me almost twenty minutes to get a cup of coffee because of one employee complaining to a target employe..

Worst customer service by the Starbucks employee. Asiana or whatever her name has a very poor attitude. She was in a seriously bad mood. Her other teammates were very nonchalant. Neither one expressed any interest to help at all. She went off on me for no reason. I asked to reload my Starbucks card prior to ordering and she said she was not able to do that. That’s not something they do. How? It’s a Starbucks and the other Target ones I’ve been to, do it. I finally told her to forget about it to just go ahead and charge my debit card. She did and then they proceeded to get my order wrong. She got mad because I asked for her name. She got so upset that she went to tell on me to security. Security just looked at her like she was crazy because I was not causing a big scene or anything. Target Starbucks please get your employees in check. There is no reason they should mistreat customers because they’re having a bad day. By the way it was not clean at all. Maybe instead of arguing with people she should get to work and keeping the place clean.
