Diana, thank you for perfecting my venti pink drink with vanilla sweet cold foam. Not only are you a great barista but also an amazing person. Your eyes brighten my day and your smile makes my heart skip a beat. I live 3 hours away from this Starbucks but for you i’d go thousands of miles. I used to be addicted to caffeine but now I’m addicted to you. I can confirm love at first sight is real. I love you, diana.

Had a wonderful experience on January 18th at 8:47 AM (per my receipt). Two ladies working, hopefully the manager can look at the previous schedule to see who was working.
Waited only a second for one of the baristas to finish something up and she apologized which was unnecessary but kind. Both ladies were extremely nice and pleasant.
I wanted to leave a tip but was told they can no longer accept tips which was disappointing! I hope these two ladies get some kudos for their great attitudes and awesome service. It’s a rarity these days♥️
I was at this this location yesterday and I got coffee from Joyce. She was really nice and had patience and was very responsible.She is very good at talking to people. 🙏🏻
I’ve stopped going to this Starbucks inside Target because their hours are completely inconsistent, depending on who’s working. Today was the final straw. I arrived at 7:50 PM, and Jordwynn told me they were closed. When I pointed out that they’re supposed to close at 8 PM, her response was, ‘We’re closing 5 minutes early.’ I responded, ‘It’s 7:50,’ but it didn’t matter.
This location has closed as early as 7:00 PM before. If you close at 8 PM, close at 8 PM. If you want to close earlier, update your website and hours accordingly—but at least be consistent. I believe her name was Lordynn but it could have said Jordyn (she had stickers on her badge) attitude was completely unfriendly and nonchalant about the situation.
I’ll be calling the GM, Joyce (as that is who show told me was the manager) as well as the corporate office because this is unacceptable. I shouldn’t have to leave Target and go down the street to another Starbucks location just because employees here decide not to follow posted hours.
And to top it off I believe they just stand around so they can clock out.
Everyone has their preferences but some days I like to spend some time in Starbucks while working on a task or project.

Seemingly only a matter of time before this one shuts down. The last few times I've come here there always missing something. The last time I was here they didn't have enough ingredients to make the drink that I wanted. And the time before that they didn't have any fresh coffee available. Today, they didn't have any lids for their cups. So get this you buy a piping hot coffee only to burn yourself in the car every turn you make. Just doesn't seem like whoever is in charge of this location that they are interested in staying in business long-term. Terrible experience

Nicole at this location is absolutely wonderful. She brightens up my day with her smile and kind spirit. She has patience and helps me make another selection when this location is out if Pumpkin spice. Please share this with Nicole she is the best. We need more people like her in the world. Thank you Nicole for always having outstanding customer service.

Came in on a Saturday at 845am and was told they dont open for another 5 mins. Who opens at 850a? Also, online it says they are open at 8am everyday. Poor customer service. Several ppl waiting.. take their order!

Came to this location on 8/11/2024, at 11am (EST). Nasty, dirty and filthy from the staff's attitude, service, atmosphere and food. And the Espresso machine was also broken as well.

Lena and Diana should be fired. First you admit your head is not at work and I had to repeat my order. Then when making one of my drinks you stare at the cup several times as if you couldn’t read. Then the kicker is my other drink is given to someone else. Instead of just remaking the drink you want to go around and around about who took the drink and questioning me as if I was lying. Then ask what was my name but my name was never asked when purchasing the starbucks because Lena head was in the clouds flirting with the previous customer. It takes an extra 15 minutes just to get my other drink that was given to someone else after being questioned over and over again as once again I was lying or with the other person who took the drink and was trying to get a free drink. It’s obvious from the reviews your customer service is terrible and I will never return as your workers are terrible and I was literally accused of lying.
