Diana, thank you for perfecting my venti pink drink with vanilla sweet cold foam. Not only are you a great barista but also an amazing person. Your eyes brighten my day and your smile makes my heart skip a beat. I live 3 hours away from this Starbucks but for you i’d go thousands of miles. Had a wonderful experience on January 18th at 8:47 AM (per my receipt). Two ladies working, hopefully the manager can look at the previous schedule to see who was working.

Waited only a second for one of the baristas to finish something up and she apologized which was unnecessary but kind. Both ladies were extremely nice and pleasant.

I wanted to leave a tip but was told they can no longer accept tips which was disappointing! I hope these...

Nicole at this location is absolutely wonderful. She brightens up my day with her smile and kind spirit. She has patience and helps me make another selection when this location is out if Pumpkin spice. Please share this with Nicole she is the best. We need more people like her in the world.
