I always come to this Starbucks, never had I ever gotten horrible customer service until today 01/29/26. The lady that was in the Drive thru was sliding the door with so much attitude. Just giving us the drinks with so much aggression. We even said thank you and she was so rude to not even say you’re welcome.

I used to love coming here but the employees barely read the customizations, if ever. I feel like the one on North Decatur gets my drink right almost always, while this location makes it wrong the majority of the time.

I was there for over an hour and not as soul asked if I was OK if I needed something and I realize that they work behind a counter, but Wen would think that they would at least ask if there was something that they could do now granted I did order something before I left because I felt bad that I had used their space to conduct basically a business transaction, but I just couldn’t believe that I had stood there for all that time and not one person asked about what I was doing there.

I am sharing this review because I was very disappointed and in hopes that you guys take this criticism to improve and be better for the next customer. I ordered a banana nut bread toasted and a hot chocolate with almond milk this morning. Absolutely nasty. This is my first time being to this location and I never had anything nasty from Starbucks. My banana nut bread was barely lukewarm and staled. My hot chocolate was so watery I can barely taste the chocolate in which hot chocolate is supposed to be rich and thick. I was so disappointed I really wanted to turn around but my job is down the street. Super sweet staff but a waste of $8

I work from home and I really needed a pick me up. My order was delivered through door dash but the order was packed so nicely and came EXACTLY how I ordered it which I’ve had trouble with from other locations. So, I really appreciated the efficiency and care. 💕

From the outside this Starbucks looks tiny, but once you get inside you realize it's kind of spacious. The service is also great. My only complaint is the Internet sucks and I'm not used to that, visiting other Starbucks. Sometimes I just opt to use my own phone as a hotspot, it's so bad.
