Lady working in the register was too busy, flirting with whatever Mailk Customer that was coming up to order to make my to go order, when she finally did address me it was very unfriendly and she said she didn’t make much drink because she didn’t know whether I wanted ice or hot, I had ordered through the Starbucks app, which says that I wanted a hot drink and then she came up with a another excuse, saying that she didn’t have any of the nondairy cold home, let her know that was fine. She continue to ask me more questions about my drink as if I hadn’t already ordered through the app literally 10 minutes earlier, what’s the point of being able to order ahead if you still have to wait and be late for work, she continue to tell me to check the app because she said that she had marked off the modification that she didn’t have in stock. However, it still allows me to order on the Starbucks app, I asked her if my size could be upgraded since I had to wait a whole extra 10 minutes and became late for work and she looked at me and said I should check the Starbucks app again to see if it still says she has nondairy, salted caramel, definitely only come to this location. If you are gonna be there to answer all her questions in person or willing to be late for work to order from the app.

Clearly understaffed. Only have 1-2 baristas at a time and the wait times are unnecessary. A simple coffee should not be a 5-7 minute wait, but when it’s only one person being both the cashier & barista, this is the results! Do better & hire more staff.

I ordered a holiday drink, pecan crunch oatmilk latte, and didn't receive my free reusable red cup on Red Cup day yesterday, even when I asked about the cups. They said my drink wasn't a holiday drink. The red cups were in a basket by the register for sale :(

While conveniently located inside the Kroger, they’re just never open. I’ve tried twice this week (Saturday and the following Friday morning) and they were closed. I’d rather go out of my way to a shop I know is open then risk it with this place.

Had the cup I was looking for (day of the dead) works well with my restaurant theme so it’ll be a cute add on. The young lady was so sweet when she let me know they didn’t have my drink in stock so I told her to make me her favorite and I can say it’s now my new favorite!! Happy birthday to me

Full disclosure, this is a Kroger store with a Starbucks inside. It's not a full Starbucks so please save yourself the frustration of expecting a drive thru with multiple people focused on making coffee. And don't dare try to open the very locked very misleading door that is supposed to be the entrance to this "starbucks". Awesome staff though!
