Stopped to grab a drink and was excited that there was no line at all. Unfortunately after standing there for 3-4 minutes with no recognition from the 2 baristas. I decided to walk away. Won’t make the mistake of trying to purchase from this location again.

I ordered a matcha latte and frap! Barista Jason made it and it was delicious!! I got it exactly the way I asked and it tasted delicious! This starbucks is amazing and the customer service is amazing! The atmosphere is splendid! Barista Jess was so kind and Barista Jason was very kind as well! This starbucks will most definitely be my go to! Come to this starbucks !! You will not be disappointed!!

IF they make you order right it is good BUT the customer service is usually TRASH they will look at you and not even greet you if it’s the black guy with the clef lip and the old white lady with grey roots and black ponytail. The old lady is nice nasty. The guy just works there cause he has to or something. Also they NEVER are fully stocked always out of everything. Oh and if it’s them two working together your going to wait. I ordered today at 8:36am I got to pick it up I get there at 8:45 they did not have my order ready until 8:55! I order ahead of time for a reason and to get there my order not done now I’m late for work! I thought this location was more convenient being that it’s less than ten minutes away from my job, but I’m going to start going to the Lavista Road location, until Kroger or Starbucks figures out how to get this location up to par.

To ignore someone 3 times asking you nicely to toss a receipt they didn’t ask for us not only horrible customer service but it’s also just being a rude human being. Eye do know people can’t give good energy if they don’t have any originally so eye hope you find yours.
