I ordered wrap one, bread was so hard couldn’t bite at all, I returned to wrap it in soft bread but he started lecturing me so I got out hungry. Sorry to my stomach no food tonight. I paid for thing

Placed an order on the app and when I get to the store the guy is closing the store and on the app it had said my order was ready 8:20pm and he had no type of communication and didn’t bother to call me. But still said he had called me to tell me that he had cancelled the order when in fact he didn’t call or inform me that the store was closing early. Online and on the app it says the location closes at 10pm if they close early on certain days they should change the times online as well so customers won’t waste their time.

Love Subway. Most of them around the Stone mountain area are very nasty rude people. This place has nice customer service, and actually makes a good sandwich. Not skimpy.

The girl who answers was only sitting with the phone for a long time, even though she didn't answer me, I had to speak very harshly and her very kind colleague came to help me while she continued on the phone.

Just look at the picture, it speaks for itself. Absolutely terrible. Worst subway I have ever been too! The health department needs to hear about this and so does corporate. Rude employees!

Got to the store a quarter til 10:00pm it was already closed, Google say they close at 10:00 p.m. They really need to update their hours. People don't have gas to be wasting. Gas is extremely high right now seriously.

I placed an online order for 4 subs to go. Ordering online was super easy, unfortunately they just don’t give all the options for bread but it was fine. I placed my order online and gave a pickup time. By the time I came to pickup my food the order was all ready to go. The sandwiches were made well and really no complaints other than I got some toppings on mine I didn’t want so I just picked them off. The lady working inside was nice and smiled while I grabbed my food. Better service than some other subways for sure.
