I don’t ever write negative reviews, but I’d definitely rate this location a ZERO if I could. I’ve given this location multiple chances, but the experience is consistently disappointing. The woman who usually works there is extremely rude, never greets customers, and always has a negative attitude. On top of that, she doesn’t follow proper portioning for meats and says that the rules have changed now when I know it is not at all the truth. I’ve managed multiple restaurants in the past and I know the procedures which is to be followed, and this location follows none. Customer service is a big part of any food experience, and this place fails in that regard. Definitely not the standard I expect from a Subway. I’d rather go to the one on Mountain Ind, they are much nicer and don’t try to save pennies like this one.

Aradhana the manager was really nice and cooperative. She greeted me when i entered and didn’t seem annoyed when she was helping me. She answered all of my questions and didn’t take a long time.

I just left here and couldn't believe the Spanish lady preparing my sandwich was cleaning the counter with her hands while making my sandwich. I didn't say anything trying to be respectful, but I will never ever be returning to this location, or my family. The sandwich was also very sloppy. I wanted to give half of it to my son , but decided not to because of those negative thoughts. I also asked for double meat, that I couldn't even tell was added. I see why this location is always empty when I come to it now. I won't make that mistake again.

I always see Ara when I come in. She works so diligently, friendly and efficiently! Id recommend this particular Subway any say from her customer service alone.
The only subway in the area open later than 10pm. I really appreciate this as I work night shift as medical transport and really wanted a sub tonight! The lady who did my order was very sweet, too.

This place has terrible customer service. A lady with pinkish purple hair just served my boyfriend and i, after her terrible attitude and not even greeting us she served me stale bread. When i went up and asked for a new bread she co worker laughed and they told me “ i just opened that it’s not stale” so after arguing she grabs the stale sandwich and throws it away with an attitude and huffs loudly saying “What bread u want”
