I will repeat. Do not and I say. Do not eat here. Rubbish!!! Bugs be on thier meat. They try to hide the dried up old out of time meat bread veggies. Can’t find a clean Subway anywhere sad face

All the horrible vegetables, old, dry, I asked the man if he had fresher lettuce and he took out a closed bag that was equally rotten. Everything is ugly and they just remodeled

I went in to order 3ft long sandwiches,I asked the man to use the restroom first he yelled at me and told me I needed to order first or get out. I even told him I was gonna order but needed to use the restroom, he then said no I need to order first. Mind you Walmart,Popeyes and several other restaurants are next door so if my only purpose was for the restroom I woulda went there.Needless to say i went elsewhere to spend my money but their customer service is horrible. Definitely don't recommend

Workers act incompetent and they are very skimpy with the toppings. And I’m sure the bathroom works fine but the wet won’t allow you to use which is crazy. Every time I come here and ask to use the bathroom they just mumble something then say no. Also veggies don’t seem fresh at all . Banana peppers were brown. I don’t trust this place

This place is horrible, I submitted an online order and NOTHING was right on my sandwich! And when I came back to let them no I was attacked.

My day started off pretty bad from morning through my work hours and after work I just wanted something to eat. I barely go to Subway but this particular day I wanted subway. when I walked in I was greeted with a very good vibe welcome and I had 2 sandwiches to make. The worker named Phillip took my order with very nice attitude and made sure my sandwich was made at my satisfaction infact I was pleased with the service that I also grabbed a bag of chips because of his energy he was sharing with me. I told him lightly toasted and he was multitasking and I though he forgot on what I asked for but He definitely was on top of it and pulled my sandwich early which I was happy to pay for once everything was bagged. I had quiet a few food services but this one alone did everything I asked for and honestly I just might come back tomorrow just for that service. a very bad day that started to a well good sandwich he made for me. I’d definitely go back for Phillips service.

The first thing I noticed when I walked in. Was that the place didn't smell very clean. Then the nasty guy behind the counter got annoyed when he saw. I had coupons and said I only had a choice of 2 sandwiches which I did not understand because the other sandwiches were practically the same price. So I went to a different Location on Lawrenceville highway and they accepted my coupons with no issues.

I cannot believe how hot this subway is inside. It is 88 degrees outside and it was hotter inside the subway because there was no wind inside to cool me off. Obviously the franchise owner doesn't want to pay for AC. I have no idea how the workers handle it.

Stood waiting for close to 30 minutes while the worker prepared to go/online orders. For christs sake put a quick pause and handle my order Im the ONLY person in the store.To add insult to injury they would not accept a valid coupon that was not expired. Ended up leaving without buying anything. Would encourage you to go to american deli or the taco place next door not worth it.

What a bad experience today I visited the franchise as usual and the employees dismissed me contemptuously and it wasn't closing time yet.

Bad service, the staff disrespectfully did not let us finish the meal. I went with my family to eat as usual and they kicked us out of the premises with more than an hour left before the scheduled closing time.

This one is gross but to make up for it they also don't take coupons. It's pretty irritating to get some good coupons in the mail and go wow I'll go make a special trip, haven't been in a while only to hear sorry we don't accept your coupon. Back to Jersey Mike's which never disappoints
